Liked: We stayed one night in a private double room. Very good experience, central location, very clean room and comfy beds.

Liked: This hostel is really great. It has a good location, close to the center. It's clean, the breakfast is ok.

Disliked: The Wi-Fi is a bit expensive.

Liked: Close to the center, to the shopping mall and to the metro. Very good location.

Disliked: Heating was working too well, had to sleep with open window, otherwise nothing.

Liked: I think staying in this hostel is a big deal. It`s well located, near Gare Du Nord, next to a shopping mall, many stores and many fast food restaurants. There`s a great free breakfast between 7-9am. There are also vending macchines to buy some coffe, snacks, soft drinks...The rooms are clean and very well maintained.

Disliked: The water was cold in the shower, and the staff didn`t do anything about it. We needed to use the shared showers. The hostel charges for the towels and the internet.

Liked: It was close to the subway station, and pretty easy to find. It's near a mall. There was a washer and dryer, and breakfast in the morning.

Disliked: For the two nights that I stayed there, there was no hot water. First I was staying in a private suite with washroom included. Our shower did not work, we were reimbursed and they fixed the shower the next day. I used the common shower, and it was lukewarm water, that turned warm but it was ice cold for a few minutes and lasted a long time. I heard other complaints about the lack of warm water. The next day, the shower was fixed but there wasn't hot water. It could be my fault because I did not bother to complain this time because it was similar to the night before. It was ice cold water.

Liked: It was clean and the shower was good. It is fairly central and near to a few (but not lots) of restaurants as well as many supermarkets.

Disliked: Bit noisy (but not very) and the temperature went up and down a lot.

Liked: This place is huge! It felt more like staying in a hotel than a hostel. Also, with their cheaper prices than other places I stayed in Europe, I was able to afford a private room that was much needed after 2 weeks of bouncing around the continent.

Disliked: Towels were not provided, but that wasn't a big deal since we brought our own. The hostel has some great facilities that it seemed like guests didn't take advantage of. Internet was not free (1 Euro per 30 mins). Also there is a bar in the hostel, but it didn't open the whole time I stayed here.

Disliked: the shower was weak, due to the very old fasioned head. the matresses were thin, hard and uncomfortable, so were the pillows. The breakfast was fairly mediocre too, I didn't expect a greater variety, but the coffee, juice and toast were all below par

Liked: The staff were really helpful, the location is great

Disliked: No air conditioning or even fans in the rooms. europe is very hot those days and it was horrible. also the internet access in the lobby was very very very slow. there was no way to keep the water of the shower floor to prevent the room from flooding

Liked: I really liked everything about this hostel, I really enjoyed my stay in Brussels, it is centrally located, very nice rooms and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Liked: The place is nice to stay, convenient, near a big shopping mall and most importantly, the room is clean. i'll would definitely recommend my friends.

Liked: It is a huge hostel with all the amenities common to hostels. It is near the trainstation, a metro stop, and shopping (a mall is right next to it).

Disliked: The internet is quite slow (it reminded me of dial up speeds).
