Liked: Our room was huge, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. It was right outside the tram stop so convenient to get to the centre.

Liked: This is by far the best place (hostel or hotel) that I have ever stayed in my life. The owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met, the rooms were amazing, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Large bedroom.

Disliked: Felt like being a guest at someones house - not a paying guest at a hotel. We felt like we needed to be quiet at all times, couldn't eat food in our room and had to creep down the corridor to the bathroom at night to avoid waking anyone. All a little uncomfortable really. If you want to meet people and be in the thick of Brussels - not the place for you. If you want somewhere to crash then yes maybe try it.

Liked: very friendly and helpful proprietor. Extremely comfortable bed and generous and delicious breakfast. Pleasant large room at the top of the house which meant climbing lots of stairs with luggage. Overall it was a very nice place to stay in Brussels.

Disliked: The room had three beds and we had to pay for the extra bed even though there were only two of us. Room was dusty but otherwise clean.

Liked: It was very secure, handy for transport in the City. It had a very nice ambience.

Disliked: Very noisey, it is on a busy street and the handy transport runs under the window.

Liked: I liked that Cecil, the owner, was extremely friendly and that it was really close to the metro.

Disliked: The place did not have an elevator, but it was a very friendly place to stay.

Liked: I totally recommend this guesthouse. Cecil is really friendly and try to help in everything he can. The breakfast was really nice and the rooms very very comfortable. The neighborhood is really good, it´s not in the center but the tram is definetely in front of the hostel, so you will not have problems.

Liked: Very good breakfast, nice spacious room. Owner was nice.

Disliked: No area to bring any groceries. Didn't realize it was a B&B until we got there, which was ok if that's what you're looking for. Far from city center, but the metro is right outside the door so we didn't mind too much.

Liked: This tiny little B&B in Brussels was an absolute gem. From Brussels Midi or the Grand Palais, it was less than a ten minute tram ride, followed by a one minute walk through a picturesque residential area. Upon arrival, you are greeted by one of the nicest people I've ever met, Cecil, the owner (more on that later). The building itself is a cute three story house that is nicely furnished, cozy, and wonderfully relaxing. For around 70 Euro for a couple, we had a large room with a queen sized bed, couch, TV, balcony to the street, marble fireplace, and a grand piano. The entire house was beautiful. Breakfast the following morning was delicious, and Cecil was very accommodating as to when we needed to leave. The reason that I speak so highly of Cecil is the fact that he gladly made up for a terribly stupid mistake on my part. I accidentally booked the wrong night at Albert Inn, so that we showed up a week before we were scheduled to. When he greeted us at the front door, Cecil was mildly surprised, but rather apologetic, immediately assuming that he may have been at fault. Looking through his records, it became immediately clear that I had simply screwed up. No matter though, as Cecil immediately began preparing the last room in the house for us. Because of the late hour when we arrived, he even went so far as to offer to drive us to some restaurants so that we would not waste time on foot. We declined, at which point he made us some delicious sandwiches. He was truly one of the kindest, nicest, and most accommodating people I've ever met. I will always stay here when I return to Brussels, and would encourage anyone I know to do the same.

Disliked: Honestly, there is nothing I disliked about Albert Inn. It's simply a fantastic place for one or two people.

Liked: I love Albert Inn, because of it's nice owner, wonderful room and convenient location. To be more specific, first, when I was ill suddenly, the owner helped me to translate the instruction of the medicine, and cared about me. Second, the room was very big, clean, quiet and comfortable. The decoration was amazing! Besides, although Albert Inn is not very close to the scenic spots, it is very convenient to take tram to those places. There are alse lots of shops in the vicinity of Albert Inn, including Carrefour, "inexpensive" restaurants, bars, etc. I have been Bruxelles three times, and Albert Inn was my best experience of B&B.

Liked: It was a very luxurious departure from the 10 bed hostels we had been staying at for our trip around Europe. Cecil was the best- very nice and eager to help. Breakfast was great and our room and bathroom were huge! Not the place to stay if you're looking to meet people, as it's a more private bed and breakfast, but it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Liked: The Albert Inn was by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Good location, very clean, breakfast is delicious, staff is amazing friendly and the room.. gorgeous and so cozy! It doesn't feel you are just in a hostel, it feels like home! I definitely recommend it.

Liked: very pleasant place, completely built on trust i.e no locks to individual rooms, only front door property key

Disliked: i was a bit concerned about not having a lock on the room door but there were no issues resultiong from that

Liked: It's in a very beautiful and quiet street, 40 steps from the nearest tram station. It takes only 10 min. to go to the city center. The hosts are so kind and the breakfast they provided was so delicious! A perfect place to stay when u r in Brussels :)

Disliked: the connection was not so perfect, need to be improved.
