Liked: The Host was very helpful, he gave us his thoughts on what we should see in the city and some good palces to eat. Treated us to tea and beer when we first arrived..

Liked: It is very spacious and comfortable. The owners were really hospitable and friendly. Very nice dining and kitchen area.

Liked: I had injured myself before arriving at the hostel. The owners (a married couple) actually drove me to a pharmacy, paid for my treatment (I reimbursed them), and then administered my treatment when we returned. They were so wonderful! This is the best place I have ever stayed!

Liked: Albert Inn was great! It's the closest thing you will find to a US type of bed and breakfast in all of Europe. This was our favorite place that we stayed on our trip because it is actually someone's house. The only bummer is that the tram closes early in Brussels.

Liked: The best part about the Albert Inn is that it is an old Belgium walkup in a beautiful neighborhood. This gives you the chance to really feel like you're immersed in Belgian culture. It helps that the Inn is adorned with antiques, books and photos, even in the bathroom, so you can acquaint yourself with Belgian history as well.

Liked: It was fantastic!! Basically it's a gentleman who runs his own B&B style hostel in his own house. There were three of us and we enjoyed a bedroom with 3 twin beds, tv, shower room and separate toilet. Compared to all of the other hostels we stayed in this was THE BEST and was such good value for money. And Mr Davaux was so nice to us as well, he made us tea when we arrived and let us use his kitchen. The breakfast was awesome too.
