Customer reviewThis is a "No lift" hotel. So for those with big luggages, do consider this before your booking. But basically this is a good hotel. |

Customer reviewGreat location! weird thing is they ask you to leave you key at the counter when you step out. I think its so that you dont go make a duplicate key and rob the room on your next visit. Great value, decent sized room. would def. stay here again in brussels. |

Yun ChenThe room is quite small, also the bathroom and the canteen. There's no lift in the hotel. Location is very good, close to everything, but it will be a little noisy in the weekends. Free WIFI is convenient. |

gerald feliceLocation was the best. All you need do is step out the door to see the best of Brussels .Very nice room. The only thing is there is no elevator so the 4th floor is a bit of a walk. If I ever go back this is where I"d stay. |

Customer reviewPain au chocolat and croissants for breakfast, 24 hour reception happy to receive us even when we got there at 1am. :) Place Agora is vibrant and right next to the Grand Place, don't think we could've had a better stay. |

Customer reviewRoom was small but clean, we had room 31 which had a balcony overlooking the square which was amazing! We sat and drank wine and enjoyed the view. The horel is in a very central location and the open top tour bus stops just a short walk away. breakfast was good! |

Customer reviewWe were fortunate enough to be on the 1st floor overlooking Agora Square, which provided non stop entertainment. Wow! The hotel is very conveniently located being less than 5 minutes walk from the central train station and the same distance to the magnificent main square of Brussells. Close to all the restaurants and sights. Wow! The hotel is undergoing some upgrading/renovation at the moment which is needed. We were comfortable. |
