Customer reviewpretty bad accomodation for a wonderful town of bruges. bed had sand in it as well as the floor. feet was black after walking on it. did not have a shower for two days after the first. the shower looked like it was not cleaned for weeks even months. fungus, mold, grime, dust and even blood. toilet had no sink and soap to wash which means people used the toilet and had to go back to their rooms to wash their hands. that is hygenically bad. |

Pablo AlvarezThat the price you pay is really worth it, much better than others hostels that are expensive. The hostel is very nice, also has a bar, rent bikes and a club. Myabe if you come on saturday is better to go party, because the music on the bar last until 4 am and you can listen at your room. |

Customer reviewBar and restaurant were good in the evenings. Breakfast was basic even for a hostel and no matter what time you went down for it nothing was replenished and you had to ask someone for more cups, hot water etc. Showers were always cold or took at least 5 minutes to go from freezing to tepid, again, time of day didn't make a difference. Where the website gave the impression all rooms have showers, not all rooms have showers and there is no price difference if you are unlucky like us and didn't get one when you were expecting it. Good for hardened backpackers not expecting much, but pricey for those that have stayed in better for less. |

Customer reviewwe were in a room above the bar/club. lots of loud music till about 4 in the morning and then it started again at 8 in the morning for breakfast... the best thing about the place was the restaurant on the pub was reasonably priced with good food |

Ana Teresa Lopez VenegasThe personal help you with all your questions. It is a little complicated to locate the rooms inside the hostal. The breakfast was very good, the place is nice for young people. If you really need to rest it is better to have a private room. The location is more less far away from the center but you can walk to get there. |

Customer reviewIt is all very well to have security doors but the ground level windows open fully on to the street. Only on our 3rd morning did the bread at breakfast not feel as hard as a brick. Staff checking us in had no idea how to do it. Told us wring price for Internet and when we used it the next day we were charged 50% more despite our arguing. Finally... Mosquitos are infested herd are we got many bites despite it being October, must be a colony under the hostel. Rooms, location ok. But staff, security and breakfast not so good. |

Customer reviewClean, roms were a good size, had a great group of people staying in our room.l The bar is conveniently placed :), staff are fun and friendly. We were given discount cards freee samplers, maps and all sorts. Very good place to stay overall. |

Shona Freeman"Luggage room" is corner of bar! Door room didn't automatically shut and staff leave the doors to the street pegged open. Ceiling leaked water into room causing muddy mess -staff didn't seem concered. Toilets filthy. Great restaurant however -and wonderful city.... just stay somewhere else in town. |
