Liked: Clean. Offer free helpful siteseeing maps.

Disliked: They charged me for a booked night that I was unable to attend due to missing a train. They charge 5 euro to rent a locker in the luggage room. 2:45 check-in. No free use of computers but do have free wifi.

Liked: The hostel is only around a 15 minute walk to the city centre. The breakfast was good. Hostel is nice and clean. Would recommend

Disliked: The showers are annoying. You need to push the button in every 3 seconds to keep the shower going. If your down on the bottom level and the showers are cold! Go upstairs because they are hot. Werid i know.

Liked: This was a great place to meet people and a perfect jumping off point for Bruges. The staff offer a lot of information on excursions and activities (which in some cases are free) within and outside of the city.

Disliked: Scott left no negative feedback.

Liked: Really good hostel - clean and well run with a fun bar which is always a bonus.

Disliked: Just a little on the far side to walk back - especially when it decides to rain during summer

Liked: Well-connected with the bars nearby, grocerey store close.

Disliked: You are unable to check out before 9 AM, when reception opens. I woke at 5 AM hoping to check out and get to an early train since the sign says the night hours are midnight to 7 AM. I knocked and called the number, no one was there. Good thing my next hostel has 24 hr reception because I'll now be arriving there close to midnight.

Liked: Decent breakfast, well organized, close to city center, signs at train station told us how to get there, inexpensive, sinks in rooms

Disliked: Bathroom door stuck, showers were gross, my friends and I had to sleep in separate rooms though we all reserved together, wifi only in the reception area

Liked: Really friendly staff.

Disliked: Our room flooded, soaking all our bags and damaging my camera, but we weren't offered any compensation for this. Also, toilets need to be cleaned more regularly.

Disliked: only that the bathrooms were terrible and there was NO soap anywhere to wash your hands.

Disliked: unisex WC is not a good idea. should seperate male and female WC.

Liked: The staff was professional and careful; the information given - OK, and the breakfast was good, too. Personal of the bar and restaurant was helpful, smiling and nice to speak with. The use of internet was for little charge, but it doesn't matter. We could print tickets etc.

Disliked: We would like to have internet access 24 h, but it was closed in the evening when we arrived from the walks. Womens' shower was in darkness and nobody fixed the electricity for 3 days we were there. We are not really backpackers age, but have good experience with other hostels (in Paris, Berlin, Stockholm, Barcelona, Riga etc.) where we always booked private rooms with all facilities (en-suite) for the same price or lower, that's why it was an unpleasant surprise. Of course, we should have to read more reviews and more carefully search all the information about the hostel.

Liked: This place was a nice new hostel. free bike rentals.

Disliked: This property was far from the main area in brugge....although its a small town so its not that big of a deal. there are no lockers. It is hard to meet people because there isnt much of a common room.
