Liked: Clean toilets and showers; very friendly and helpful staff; wide variety of beers at the bar; 10% off in bar and restaurant if you're staying at the hostel.

Disliked: the key (room card) stopped working several times

Liked: Excellent hostel breakfast, helpfull ppl working for this hostel. Location, near to the edge of the city center allowing for cheap parking.

Liked: its cheap

Disliked: I have been travelling for 4 months and stay in hostels every night. My two nights here was the worst yet. The bar downstairs stays open until 3am (on a tuesday/weds) with music so loud it shook the frame of the bed. The rooms are right above the bar so you hear everything. Kareoke as well. Then the music starts up again at 8am. When I asked the staff to turn it down or do something (3am in the morning on a wednesday) they wouldnt do anything. Apparently a couple of loud drunks are more important than a hostel full of people trying to sleep. Also the breakfast is bad.

Liked: It was easy to meet people. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant, bar, and the hostel's organized activities were fun. Facilities were nice. The center of town was about a 10 minute walk.

Disliked: My key card stopped working towards the end of my stay. My dorm mates were noisy and music from the bar could be heard even on the 3rd floor on Saturday night.

Liked: Fine accomodation, centrally located and the bar and restaurant is very good (free beer sampler!!)

Disliked: Not very clean, but ok overall

Liked: The pubcrawl they organise was very fun. Safe, clean and secure.

Disliked: The breakfast was free but not amazing. Our double bed was two singles pushed together.

Liked: Literally everything. There is no better place to stay in Bruges.

Disliked: Nothing, and that is the truth.

Liked: It was near the town center, clean, fun, great staff. They had a bar and a club downstairs, great for getting drunk and chatting up new people. I am going to go to Bruges again, and I'll probably stay there again! Also smoking was permitted in the bar.

Disliked: Nothing, but I just spent one night there, mostly sleeping.

Liked: Location was very good, it was easy to reach the centre and bus/train station. I really liked the breakfast there.

Disliked: The showers and toilettes were unisex, which was not mentioned on-line in the description. It wouldn't have been a problem if they were clean.

Liked: They have a lot of facilities (even though they charge for almost all of them) and they are also very well located, on 10 min walk from the center of the city.

Disliked: The hostel is actually three houses together, with only one entrance. So, if you stay in one of the last rooms like me (specially after room 21), get ready to walk a lot with your lugagge, going upstairs and downstairs until you get to your room. They also have too few bathrooms, and the rooms are very weird as well.

Disliked: Keycards wouldn't work properly. Doors only closed properly on several tries.

Liked: I liked the fact that they had activities posted up on the wall. They promoted the walking tour and beer tasting and I went to both. They guide for both is an amazing guy! Also the 6 bed female dorm was a really nice room, very spacious.

Disliked: The bathrooms are absolutely filthy. Seriously, a bit of bleach would help. In addition to that, they didn't clean someone's vomit out of the sink. Instead they locked the door for several days.

Liked: The bar and restaurant are really great places to hang out and when it's as cold as it was when we were there, it's a nice and convenient way to have a good time (at least for a night or two) and they serve REALLY cheap beer. It was walking distance from the city center and the check-in staff were very helpful. The whole place had a really great atmosphere.

Disliked: Everything was really nice. Our only complaint was that our radiator didn't work the first night so our room was FREEZING but they agreed to put us up in the hotel next door (which they also own). There isn't a kitchen, but the restaurant had amazing food and it wasn't too expensive. The showers are lame because you have to keep pressing a knob to make the water come out. It wasn't the end of the world though.

Liked: Rooms were clean and warm. All facilities and services I needed was available. I felt very safe.

Disliked: The mixed dorm bathroom (next to room 1) wasn't that great. Ended up going to another bathroom on the next level up because it was so much cleaner. Power oplugs in the room wasn't vey conveniently placed. Only saw 2 in an 8 room dorm, with one placed high above the sink.

Liked: Bar was attached to the hostel. Lots of people to meet.

Disliked: Cold and dirty showers. Being so close to clubs etc meant that there was ALOT of noise at night.
