Liked: Room was good. Bar had cheap drinks. Good tours etc on offer

Disliked: The stairs were a bit annoying but that's to be expected. Breaky could stay open longer

Liked: I slept in the new pod beds and they are great,spacious and comfy.

Liked: Great location, nearby the downtown.

Disliked: Internet is not free. We had a possible break-in when I was there, so they had to close reception for most of the day. This also meant no breakfast.

Liked: It was very nice as we'd been camping just before, so just having a bed was a break! Loved the free beer samples, and the free tour (even the tour guide was a little crazy - in a good way). Location was great and getting the bus from the train station was easy because the driver knows that you're going there and gives you directions!

Disliked: It wasn't all that secure, we were on the ground floor and anyone could have got into our room. Also, food is very expensive in Bruges, so when they say their restaurant is affordable... well, expect to pay 10euros for a burger. The waitress was very nice though, and it was handy having the free beer samples and the discount, as it made it more worthwhile.

Liked: Many friendly people, they have a free tour and the reception is the meeting point. Walking time from the center.

Disliked: The showers had no space to put anything but yourself. and you could see other people walking couse the door was not complet to the roof jajaja.

Liked: They include a good breakfast in the price, the staff is really friendly and the location is very good. Also they have lookers in each room which is good

Disliked: They have mix bathroom is ok mix bedrooms but not the bathroom, also the showers are not in every floor and there is just a few, the bathroom was not that clean neither and there is like one in each floor you have to share it with lots of people Not sure they wash and change beds clothes often it has a smell in some cases, the rooms need to be clean up more often

Liked: Das Hostel war recht ruhig und gut gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Disliked: Die Einrichtung war teilweise sehr alt bzw. kaputt. Für 1 Nacht ok, aber für länger sicher nicht so ansprechend.

Liked: The breakfast was fairly good.

Disliked: The bathroom was very dirty and the toilet compartments were too small, even for a petit person like me.

Liked: The instructions to get there were easy to follow. It was just a short walk to the main town. The staff were helpful.

Disliked: It wasn't particularly clean. I went for a shower on our floor and it was disgusting, the sink was block there were bugs in it and huge hair clumps. However my partner used the downstairs showers and said they were fine. I also woke up with a number of bites the next day. The restaurant they recommend next door is quite pricey but there is another shop just a little down the road to eat at.

Liked: the free walking tour they offer is pretty good- but beware not totally free as the guide, Kai, expects a tip at the end! decent breakfast. also good laundry service- although you can only use it when the hostel owners aren't. rooms were clean and had no problems with noise.

Disliked: could not get wifi in the rooms so had 2 sit in the smallish reception to do it. reception closed at 11pm so after that time u basically had to sit outside. there was lots of people sitting in a row trying to use the wifi and it was pretty cold at that time. also reception supposed to open at 9, but when we went down to do our washing one morning no-one turned up till about half past... wasnt too impressed!

Liked: The staff were helpful, the bar was top notch, other guests were friendly, and everything was vey safe and secure. There were also a lot of good tourism information and social outings/events on offer.

Disliked: Many of the showers only spouted freezing cold water, and there was no WIFI or TV available in the dorms.

Disliked: because of the bar near hostel it's noisy in the room

Liked: Great beds with curtains and outlets. Great free breakfast!

Disliked: No hot water in shower when I was there. No soap in washrooms either. Too bad there wasn't a kitchen, as the hostel restaurant is not very cheap. I also didn't like that there was only wi-fi in the reception area (which is in a separate building from dorms and not open 24/7).

Liked: delicious breakfast for free. location is pretty good. there are bunch of useful stores around. helpful and friendly staff with good english.

Disliked: internet connection was not good at rooms. rooms were very dirty. they told us that we had to wait for 30 minutes because they were cleaning our room. when we went up to our room we found a used cotton swab on the floor and hair on our bed.

Liked: Big and comfortable beds with curtains for privacy. Free breakfast was great! Good location, very close to centre.

Disliked: Outlet and light in my bunk didn't work. No wi-fi in rooms, only in the reception area (which closes at 11pm). No soap in the soap dispensers.

Liked: Fun atmosphere with lots of available activities to choose from - the front desk was very helpful.

Disliked: There were bugs in the room and the dorms were rather cramped. The lockers were not big enough to fit a backpack and so you had to pick and choose what you could lock up. The bathrooms and shower's were not located close to the dorm room and WIFI is only available in the lobby which closes at 11pm and doesn't open until 9am.
