Liked: The staff was great and helpful. Kitchen facilities were available which was a plus. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with olive oil, salt, etc.There was no luggage storage, but I left my stuff in the main common area all day (so did everyone else) and didn't have a problem.

Liked: The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was chilled out but social & the location was fantastic! They also emailed me back about check in times within half an hour and sorted a code & key for us if we were late. An overall fantastic experience.

Liked: I liked how friendly the staff was, the map they gave out was good for attractions and places to eat. I thought the group activity leader was really cool and engaging

Liked: It is a beautiful old building that really fits to Bruges' mood. It's location is quite good as well. The staff is very friendly, and for a Hungarian it is a rare but very pleasant experience when your host knows that much about your country. :)

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. The ensuite rooms are good. However on our first night we had to stay in single rooms as fo some reason our booking was cancelled. The single rooms are not very good - run down and beds are saggy. But the next two nights we stayed in a private room and an ensuite room and both were very nice.
