Liked: Very nice staff, good breakfast, free internet. Bruges, in general, I think is quite expensive in which case the price for this hostel is average or in line with surrounding hostels.

Liked: Lybeer is great! I had a wonderful time in Bruges. The facilities are nice and clean, staff is friendly, and the location is perfect!

Liked: The hostel was alright and free breakfast was the usual. Staff were friendly. There is only 1 toilet on our floor but it is clean so that's good. We stayed for 1 night on the 2nd floor, and the bathroom at our floor had only a trickle of water that was impossible to bathe with. So we tried the 1st floor but the bathrooms were out of order. The only option was the 3rd floor (2 bathrooms) but there was no hot water at all. In the room, a portion of the boards supporting the bed was broken which caused the bed to sink in at that portion.

Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff, right in the centre of bruges. Only a 2 minute walk to the main shopping strip and square. Brilliant prices, basic but everything you need.

Liked: Bad things: a lot of stairs! not very good if you carry a big suitcase like me (i left it in the luggagge room 'cause I stayed 1 night only); the room for 6 people is a little small (with a WC inside but throught the walls you can hear and maybe see anything in there!), bathrooms downstairs a little dirty, small kitchen.Good things: great location (10' from train station and 5' to the main square), very good breakfast, the staff is very nice and kind, the hostel is like an antique house (really nice).

Liked: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSTEL!!!! It is the worse place in Bruges! I woke up in the middle of nigth with a LOT OF BEDBUGS in my bed and all over the room! It was like a nightmare! And I couldn't go straight away to anywhere else or complain about it because the reception doesn't work during all nigth, so I had to wait till the morning to ask for my money back. And it doesn't end like that, after some days, the bugs bites started showing up in all my body! It was quite terrible, I had to see a doctor and take some medicine.

Liked: Beautiful Bregge, Cheap but good hostel.Staff is very frendly.also good breakfastIt was very good experience except for other guests are so loud in my room.I will recommend to friends Lybeers Hostel.

Liked: Great location, fun and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, big private rooms, basic breakfast buffet...but showers were not working the day I stayed and takes a couple of tries to get the keypad to work if you're in after the 11pm curfew :)

Liked: The toillet of the bedroom it's small and dirty, and make a lot of noise! The staff are friendly and helpfull, the bar is good, except the fact that closes at 11 pm.

Liked: This hostel had an amazing atmosphere with the common room dining area, kiitchen and bar in the same area it made for lots of opportunities to meet other travellers!! The staff were helpful and the location is only 5 min walk to the centre, shopping and a supermarket. There were a few bed bugs, but surprisingly even that doesn't dampen the great time we had here! I give this hostel 2 thumbs way up!!!
