Liked: We stayed in a private room. It was value for money. The room was clean and newly decorated (alltough it looked a bit cheap to me) the bed was good. There is a handbasin in the room, very pleasant. The price was good! Don't expect to much.

Disliked: We had a shared shower and toilet. Only one for all the rooms in the hotel. Very few. The shower has only one temperature: far too hot. I couldn't take a decent shower without burning my skin! There are more showers and toilets in the hostel witch is in the building next to de hotel, but those seemed a bit old and dirty.

Liked: Very nice rooms. Staff is very kind and helpful. Connected to a very yummy restaurant!!!

Disliked: beds were okay.

Liked: Location was very good, however, bruges is very small so you're basicly close to everything already.

Disliked: It smelled like poo if you opened the window, the drains of the building is not well built.

Liked: This hostel, though inexpensive, had a great atmosphere and really made you feel welcome. Attention to detail all around made us feel like we weren't just staying in a bed for the night.

Disliked: breakfast was extra for five euros. we didnt go but others told us it wasn't very good value.

Liked: The staff was welcoming and accomodating. Coded locks and entry made it seem safe.

Disliked: No negative comments. Great stay!

Liked: The location.

Disliked: The hotel does not have wifi or internet service. We had to go to the restaurant to be able to access wifi (even after we were told we could access it from the ground floor of the hotel - we were staying on the first floor). In addition, the room had not been properly cleaned, and it was freezing cold (though the one space heater in the room did help).

Liked: Right in the heart of Bruges, staff were super friendly and helpful.

Disliked: No laundry and the place is old. Don't get me wrong I like older places for their atmosphere, but old usually means not very clean because of how old the place is.

Liked: The architectural design. The staff.

Disliked: Pretty much everything. The bed creaked, we were right at the front and the noise pollution was terrible, every time someone came in (late at night) the door slammed and then our bedroom door and windows shook, which caused us to hardly sleep. Also the toilet was up two flights of big stairs, I have joint and kidney problems so you can imagine how hard this was for me. But the most annoying thing was that we booked a seperate double with ensuite and didn't get it, the rooms were all full so we couldn't sort it out...overall I didn't sleep, my joints ached and I had to pay for something that I wasn't offered originally :(.

Liked: The free internet was great even though it only worked on the ground floor. The staff were the best thing about this place, always willing to help and give directions and very approachable. The location is good too, very close to everything, although it is a small city.

Disliked: There wasn't a whole lot of 'common' space and the bathrooms weren't very clean. Otherwise good.

Liked: It's near everything, although Bruges is small and everything's nearby. Anyway it's nice and comfortable, not too expensive.

Liked: The location.

Disliked: We were bitten during the night. The showers had no locks on the doors, the toilets were dirty and smelly. The room also smelt and the whole place was very dark and musty. We were not informed that the reception shut at 11pm and so when we arrived at 11.30pm after a long journey we could not check in. The code they provided for the second night to enter the hostel did not work.

Liked: The general atmosphere really made us feel we were in Brugge ... It is quiet and super well located

Liked: The location was good and the room price was ok.

Disliked: The rooms were small and dark. Not enough lighting. The floorboards creaked every time I moved. The windows were broken. There were not enough showers and toilets. The breakfast was not worth the price I paid for it.

Liked: nothing....just the location

Disliked: its discusting, there were rats, the toilettes were dirty and smelly, and there were plugs and no internet conection. the staff makes you feel like you arent welcome and you can be there about the restaurant

Liked: It was located very central. A nice, cosy atmosphere.

Disliked: It wasn't really very clean. Especially the toilets were grouse. In general the room was very frayed/worn out. The beds screeching/wiggly.

Liked: El hostel muy comodo, el restaurante sirve muy rica comida con precios aceptables. La habitacion comoda y limpia. Es seguro. La ubicacion muy buena.

Disliked: La recepción no es buena. No tiene muchos servicios. El baño pequeño y compartido entre hombres y mujeres.

Liked: It was very easy to get to and centrally located. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and value for money.

Disliked: My biggest problem was the darkness of the property and the cleanliness (and smell) of the toliets. The showers seemed fine but the toliets were quite bad and there was a horrible stench in the corridors in the morning. Also there was no communal area to just relax.
