Liked: In the center of the city, rooms were clean

Disliked: Shower had a drainage problem and overall the bathroom wasn't all that clean, staff were never friendly and made me feel like I was an inconvenience and getting in the way of the restaurant business, no common room or kitchen

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Restaurant downstairs looked nice, with good atmosphere.

Disliked: Dorm room was a little battered-looking. No lockers in the room. No communal area, so nowhere to eat own food, or to meet people.

Liked: It is in a great location, easy to walk to the main square, not near any noisy streets. Facilities were clean, good value.

Disliked: Not much, it was pretty amazing for a hostel.

Liked: De centrale ligging is zeer handig. De kamers zijn goed beveiligd. Het huis is zeer sfeervol.

Disliked: Slechts 2 douches voor heel het hostel. Schimmel op de muren.

Liked: We stayed in the hotel part of the building and it was a great stay which was definately great value for money. The location was perfect - only a 10/15 minute walk from main sights and from the station.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Simple accommodation that is very good value for money. Nothing fancy at all, but very affordable.

Disliked: The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner - blocked plugholes etc.

Liked: The location was pretty good, near the center and the staff was nice and helpful.

Disliked: The room. It was painted in such terrible colours and it made you feel so incomfortable, like you just wanna get out of there. And the the fact that there weren't any explanations on how people were supposed to close the door after them and when they were leaving their rooms they kept slaming the doors and made a horrible noise ( especially in the morning or evening when you wanted to get some sleep ). They didn't realise that they had to enter the door code and afterwards close it. Therefore some infos would have done the job.

Liked: Central location, above a restaurant/pub which had great value food and drinks, pinpad entry to rooms so no need to carry keys around, luggage storage for after checkout, close enough to train station. They also had a guide of things to do in Brugge, wish other places had this!

Disliked: Nothing - it was all great!

Liked: It is well located

Disliked: The room smelled REALLY bad, on the room next door they even asked for new linens, but it didn't help. Also the bathrooms are far away (in another floor) and not very clean

Liked: Location, location, location! The lady was very friendly; the man, on the other hand, was a complete jerk.

Disliked: The attitude of the man.

Liked: It was a great location, and also incredibly cheap. Nice looking place, with comfy beds.

Disliked: Was out of the wifi range in my room, so I had to sit in the hallway to use Internet. When Internet worked it was slow and frequently cut out. No activities offered at all, it was purely accommodation.

Liked: Location is good. Value for money.

Disliked: Hostel room was totally different from what passage hostel website shows! Dark and old. Hotel room was okay but humid and musty.

Liked: This was a nice hostel. Facilities were clean and the rooms were fine (although we would have preferred more than one electrical socket in a room of four). The restaurant downstairs is nice, serves good food and the (one) free beer for residents is very welcome! Only two showers for the one floor but I saw no queues.

Disliked: Would be better to have something to lock our bikes to. We were allowed to put them behind a gate in the side passage but it's not secure. Also nothing to chain them to.

Disliked: towels completely worn and grey (suppose white al long time ago) only one shower on the ground floor for all the rooms and we were on the second floor!!!

Liked: lovely, freshly decorated and clean rooms with a sink, which was helpful as the first floor bathrooms didnt have a sink. amazingly helpful staff. there almost 24/7 to help you. perfect english language, which was helpful for us non-flemmish speakers! great location, 4 mins walk from the center. seconds away from shops, supermarkets and restaurants but far away enough from noisy clubs and bars and late night party goers. very safe. codes for outside door past 11pm and for each dorm room, changes daily for extra security. definitely a must-stay hostel if you're in the area.

Disliked: not much to dislike to be honest! a bit of a stinky smell in the loos, but what do you expect! but clean, cleaned every day. quite thin walls, so i wouldn't suggest going there if you want to be in bed by 8.30. but its not loud enough to disturb your sleep.

Liked: the character of the rooms was great, awesome location and very friendly and helpful staff

Disliked: bathrooms were not very clean and not maintained, ie. no toilet paper was refilled the last couple days we were visiting

Liked: Was a good location, closest hostel to the train station and not too long a walk to the Market Place,although Brugge isn't the biggest place to get around.

Disliked: No real place to meet others unless you want to drink or have a meal in their restaurant (not cheap) down below. Not a lot of showers to choose from however we never had trouble to shower. Only 1 plug in our room for 6 people to share and no lockers.
