Liked: The staff is really helpful and friendly. You can store your luggage for free in the basement.

Liked: Close to the westbahnhof. Close to Schonbrun Palace. Relatively quiet. Clean bathrooms. Clean rooms.

Disliked: A little hard to find. The map and directions provided were not sufficient.

Liked: the charecter and style of building is good . very clean and so helpful staff . kitchen facilities are good and you can watch tv at kitchen . rooms are clean tidy and beds are so cozy . its calm . it is really good its near to one of central bus tram train station .

Disliked: about location a little bit far to the center for walking . but by public transport no problem .. and kitchen is at the second building for now .

Liked: The place is more similar to a hotel than to a hostel. This means that everything is really new and clean. The staff is polite but distant just as in an hotel.

Disliked: Not a lot of atmosphere. No breakfast. Kitchen was being built so there is no guest kitchen actually.

Liked: Common space areas very generous.

Disliked: If you stay more than one day, one small towell will not be enough. My towell was not changed during my whole stay there (i.e. one week).

Liked: Everything is so clean and for this money you get a very good service. Rooms are good and they have everything you need (bed, closet and table). They are also secure.

Disliked: We have a little bit problems with door key (card that opens doors).

Liked: Very friendly and helpfull staff. The rooms are renovated and clean, the common space is very nice. You get a welcome drink after arrival.

Liked: Cheap, close to the Westbanhof and the City, nice staff, clean rooms, wifi and internet availabilty, well-equipped kitchen, storage room for the luggage before check-in and after cheking out, entering by magnetic cards to everywhere

Liked: Really nice location! only 7-minutes walk from the train station. Their twin-private room was the best one that I ever stayed in, with enough space, proper privacy (by placing a cupboard between the two beds and enough space) and quiet at night. The kitchen is also nice, providing necessary facilities and a coffee machine. The 1 euro hot chocolate is good.

Disliked: Logo's too small to find. 2 shower room in 3 do not provide hanger for spray-head... which makes it hard to wash hair.

Liked: The rooms and kitchen were pretty good. Some of the staff were nice and helpful. Others not so much.

Disliked: It did not really feel like a hostel and it was hard to meet other travelers. I did not like that you had to go to the main area to use the Wifi and that the kitchen was usually very packed with people trying to cook. It seemed as though you were sharing amnesties with the hostel and hotel. Overall though not a bad place to stay.

Liked: Everything. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location is great right next to the train station and so close to the main shopping street and some of the Christmas markets. The rooms were very clean with really comfy beds! We even got a free mulled wine which was very welcomed.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very professional staff, and considerate travelers. I stayed in a 6 person dorm and couldn't have had better bunk mates. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The bedding was tidy and clean, and the overall room and hostel was very clean. The kitchen is large and has all the essentials. Dining area is large with a flat-screen tv. The internet connection is good as well. The lockers were huge, and were able to fit a large pack. I was very satisfied with this hostel!

Disliked: It was a bit far from the city center

Liked: Very modern look, it's being renovated during the day but thay are quiet enough so you won't even notice. The location is perfect, very close to public transport. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: It was a bit cold especially in the bathroom. The private-double-ensuite room could use an additional chair so that both of us could sit down.
