Perfect location for someone who want to catch first bus for Airport at 5:00 AM, because you neeed just 5 min walking.

Decor and atmosphere were nice, bright, clean and airy. Kitchen was nicer than my own! Receptionist was really pleasant, polite and helpful. Right by the station and easy to find. Close to all the shops, transport and sightseeing. Lots of information and leaflets available as well.

The rooms were great, very clean and modern. Kitchen & Eating Area was perfect for what we needed.

got a very big and nice room to ourselves. about 10 minutes from the center of the city, the only problem is that in Prague after midnight, ten minutes is a LONG TIME

very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms with big windows, only minus no coin operatet washing machines just expensive laundry service.

Excellent position, clean and friendly atmosphere, quiet zone. Near (4min. walk) the city metro, and train station, also can walk to the town center.

it was in front of the train station westbanhof! great if you are travelling around and you have to take the train. if not, there is nothing around really to enjoy nearby

Aboslutely AMAZING location. 1,5 minute's walk from Westbahnhof where you arrive from the airport and can take Metro/tube to other places in Vienna, and 2 minutes walk from the biggest shopping street in Vienna! The hostel smelled clean & fresh like a good standard hotel ALL the time - in fact the cleaning team seemed to work around the clock, we saw them all the time :). Even clean towels every day like in a hotel, and they make your bed too :) I would definitely stay at this hostel again if I should ever return to Vienna, and I'll recommend everyone to stay here too. You will not regret it because the location is just fabulous, especially when you're tired after a long day in Vienna. We didn't see the staff much but the one time I met one of them, was pleasant and it was nice and quiet at the hostel, no wild teenage parties :)
