Customer reviewdid not like this property. would not recommend. it was noisey. rooms smelled. felt really unclean room - the bed looked dirty. there was no air con nor fan-so was very stuffy. the window opened right out the main st, so was very noisey as well. unless its a one nite accomodation, look for somewhere else |

kevin hansertthis was an excellent place to stay. very close to a large train/subway station as well as right in the heart of vienna, although using the subway is necisary for site seeing in vienna, i would stay here again without a doubt if i ever visited the city again. friendly service, clean facilities, good location, and a very secure place to stay. |

karen collinsDecor and atmosphere were nice, bright, clean and airy. Kitchen was nicer than my own! Receptionist was really pleasant, polite and helpful. Right by the station and easy to find. Close to all the shops, transport and sightseeing. Lots of information and leaflets available as well. |
