Liked: Had a great stay at the Do Step Inn. Staff was very friendly, though sometimes I had to wait a few minutes at the front desk for someone to appear. Our room (a private triple, ensuite) was charming, large, and comfortable. Good shower, clean room, comfortable bed. Didn't eat breakfast there (seemed a bit pricey). Free wi-fi in the lobby and computers available for use. Great location near the Westbahnhof - either a 15 minute walk into the city center or a very quick metro ride. Overall, this was a perfect place for our stay in Vienna, I would absolutely stay here again if I went back to the city.

Liked: Great welcome inc free refreshing drink whilst checking in! Good to be able to leave baggage safely locked away on morning of departure til flight transfer... Well located close by the U-bahn.

Liked: Guest kitchen was DISGUSTING! Not staff's fault, but rather other careless travellers. It was ridiculous though and the hostel needs to monitor it better somehow. Nice staff.

Liked: Staff was great! Location too. Only minus I found: Sounds from street during night. There was such big road just under window. But anyway.. I will be there next time I visit Vienna!

Liked: The venue is at good location, very close to Westbahnhof and there are no problem with the staff. They offered us welcome drinks and were helpful all the time during our stay. Unfortunatly the rooms were extremely cold no matter how you adjusted the heaters, and the water also. During a winter stay these two things are the most needed so i cannot say it worth the value. In the summer it's probably a good choice, but in the winter don't choose Do Step Inn.

Liked: did not like this property. would not recommend. it was noisey. rooms smelled. felt really unclean room - the bed looked dirty. there was no air con nor fan-so was very stuffy. the window opened right out the main st, so was very noisey as well. unless its a one nite accomodation, look for somewhere else

Liked: this was an excellent place to stay. very close to a large train/subway station as well as right in the heart of vienna, although using the subway is necisary for site seeing in vienna, i would stay here again without a doubt if i ever visited the city again. friendly service, clean facilities, good location, and a very secure place to stay.
