Liked: Cleanliness, short distance to the main railway station, nice staff.

Disliked: More like a complex of prison cells than a place to meet other travellers and feel like home. But, in summary, quite good.

Liked: staff are very helpfull. luggage store free

Disliked: hostel isn't in the same place of hotel but the hostel is next to the westbahnhof station,too. very cool atmosphere !!

Liked: friendly staff, colourful walls, lack of an elevator so you can practise your legs

Disliked: I felt quite cold all the time I wasn´t under feather bed and the water in the shower was only warm, not hot

Liked: really good location - you can easyly get from airport and then to the city center. Nice places around. also room was good - clear and cozy. they change towels regulary and clear the room once in couple of days. it was ok.Price is affordable and value for this money is really good.

Disliked: it was sometimes cold in the room and we faced some problems with hot water. but only couple of times in 1 week. the other thing is that internet acceess in only in the lobby, but not in the room. and third is sound. you can easyly hear what is happening in the corridor or in the next room. I was with a gf, so in a combination with squeaky bed that was really uncomfortable..

Liked: acutally i like nearly everything about it. it's really a great place to stay! i'm sure it wasnt our last time in do step inn :)

Liked: Rooms were very clean and peaceful. kitchen facility was also very nice. This was located near the main train station so anybody can take public transport to any where. free internet facility is available in hotel but is accessible to hostel people also.

Liked: The location was great. Short walk to shops, short train ride to museums and the centre of town.

Disliked: The guest kitchen was a little small for the number of guests staying in the hostel.

Liked: The only thing good about this hostel is that the guest kitchen is quite big and clean.

Disliked: Basically we DO NOT recommend this hostel, DO NOT STEP IN. 1. Location isn't close to main attractions, it's only close to the West station 2. Stuff weren't friendly, and were not knowledge about the city and the country. We asked about the transportation to Salzburg but the stuff didn't know. 3. Rooms were very small, we booked a double room and two of us hardly had enough space to move around inside the room 4. Shower wasn't warm, it was cold 5. No 24 hours reception, which made it hard to look for help at night 6. No lift and travelers had to carry all the luggage to the room via the stairs (which was very steep and narrow and dangerous) I almost broke my ankle 7. It's just an Inn, not a great place to meet new people All in all, I wouldn't choose "Do Step Inn" again.

Liked: Easily the best place i stayed on my months travels. Modern, clean, great atmosphere, free computers with internet, kitchen, friendly staff and really good value. Stay here, you won't regret it.

Disliked: The directions to get there from the tube station were a bit rubbish and we got very lost at 6am in the rain and cold but got directions from someone and once you know where it is its very easy.

Disliked: being located in the rooms that are located busy street side. should get a discounted price. need floor towels for when you get out of the shower.

Liked: The hostel was conveniently located near the Westbahnhof. Free WiFi throughout much of the property. However, it was difficult to sleep at night because the traffic on the road outside was very heavy and noisy. Also, the bed was rather cramped.

Liked: Luggage storage and cheap 'bar'.

Disliked: Use cheap material that does not hold well by the heavy use. Our room faced a noisy street. Not a particularly exciting location.
