Liked: Location is perfect , very clean and staff is helpful.

Disliked: bathroom should have more accesories like place to keep toothbrush and in shower a place for keeping soap.

Liked: It was way much better than I expected, comparing to other hostels I've been at. A new re-innovated building, clean, nice inside garden, fully equipped kitchen, internet room (though a usb connection for transferring photos from digital camera would be a nice option), large living room with tv and in a very nice area, easy to reach from airport or the center of the city (don't forget to buy the Vienna Card). Had a great time, and I will go back when I visit Vienna again.

Disliked: The computers could be updated and another one would be very helpful so people wouldn't wait for it.

Liked: Its location since you can get to the city center in 15 minutes, its cleanliness and the deco.

Disliked: No hot water one night but that's ok

Disliked: Hostel is in a separate building from hotel. We booked two rooms together and we put in separate buildings.

Liked: I stayed in a private triple room with my siblings, it was really pretty and clean. It is really close to the center and the central train station. It was good!

Disliked: The wifi worked only on the first floor

Liked: I liked that it was so close to Westbahnhof and also that it was very clean. The staff was fantastic!

Disliked: The room was very cold the first night.

Liked: The room was immaculate, stylish, comfortable, and cozy. LOVED sleeping here! The staff was EXTREMELY helpful-pointed us in the direction of sights and great local food. Helped us with our laundry. Great location near the city center and a station.

Disliked: There was a slight error made with our room; however, they corrected it by upgrading us for a small additional cost. Ended up being great in the long run.

Liked: even if its not very close to the vienna center, its next to westbanhof! we prefered to go everywhere on foot... it wasnt that difficult even if it seemed so at first!

Disliked: maybe the location but again... we didnt mind! loved it!

Liked: Rooms look nice.

Disliked: You can hear everything from doors (because they basically slam themselves) to toilets flushing. Noisy until 1 in the night and from 6.30 in the morning.

Disliked: Hard to get a good night's sleep - heavy, slamming doors throughout the block made furniture in my room rattle all night long.

Liked: Nice and Clean, Very near the train station (especially if you have an early train to catch). they've got our rooms prepared even before check-in time so we got our rooms earlier!, nicely decorated kitchen and fully equiped! Nice shower!

Disliked: WIFI connection is not very fast. No free Teabags or coffee (there's a coffee machine thought but you'll have to pay for it)

Liked: good location with regards to city centre, relatively cheap accomodation, well equipped kitchen, silence and calm within nights

Disliked: colder rooms, insufficient cleaning care (full bins on toilet, or absence of bin on room)

Liked: Friendly stuff, clean and nice rooms, easy check in and out, close to public transport

Disliked: we could hear a lot through closed window and door, but as we wanted to see the city and go out at night that wasn't too bad

Liked: The "hostel" building around the corner is nice and new, easy to find from the main building. Close to Westbahnhof which is only a few stops on the underground to the city centre.

Disliked: It was so loud all night, there were people yelling and screaming in the hallways until after 4am so if you are wanting to get some sleep in Vienna then look elsewhere but if you want to hit the town and coma out then this place is good.

Liked: The staff were all very friendly, helpful and multi-lingual. Free WiFi access and free access to computers on site were both very helpful.

Disliked: We stayed in both the hotel and hostel and the bed lights worked in neither room. The kitchen wihile well equipped was somewhat cramped. This will likely improve when the renovations to the kitchen in the hostel are completed.

Disliked: A lot of noise, but this depends of people.
