Liked: It was near the train station so we could quickly move on to our next destination and around the city area. The double ensuite room was clean, with soap, hot water and towels. Wireless was fast so could check mails and have some entertainment. Price was ok.

Disliked: The room was cramped after we placed our luggage, there was not much room to move. The smoke from the coutyard came in so we could not open the windows and it became quite stuffy.

Liked: do step inn is simply amazing, I suggest Hotel part to every single person who will visit Vienna. cleanliness, location, hospitality of the reception, everything was perfect. 5-star comfort.

Disliked: nothing at all, everything was amazing.

Liked: I liked the location, within walking distance ( 20 mins) there are Shonbrunn Palace and city center. It is easy to find the hostel, it is just next to Westbanhoff. My room was clean and quiet.

Liked: Look and feel of the building. The hostel is right next to the international train station.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The location was good, the staff were helpful and the free internet was good.

Disliked: There was no Laundry machines and the price for the same was costly at 12 E. The showers could have been better.

Liked: - had a computer lounge and free wifi in common areas - had character

Disliked: - our room smelled liked a combo of b.o. and stale cigarettes and the smell got into all our clothes!

Disliked: No credit card facilities, no 24 hour reception so if your swipe card fails to work you are locked out.

Liked: Close to major railway and metro. Comfortable room with ensuite. Clean.

Liked: Very well run. Large communal kitchen and eating area attached. Feels more like a hotel than a hostel, the location is right by the station but the double glazing keeps the outside noise out.

Disliked: the Walls of the rooms in our area were thin and with 12 rooms and only 2 showers & toilets it can become busy in the mornings and a bit noisy at times but generally not much problem.

Liked: Really clean place, helpful staff, good location, good facilities, was as described.

Disliked: Even though it didn't seem to be very busy with few people around at any given time, the walls seemed paper thin, you could hear every door open and close and people in the bathrooms.

Liked: It was a good location to central Vienna and the Schobrunn Palace, and the airport bus. I thought there seemed to be a lot of people sharing very few bathroom facilities, but it was never ever a problem.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The room was small but very comfortable,nicely furnished and i liked very much the colour picked for the walls(orange).The bathrooms were clean,and we had hot water at the showers 24/7.Also a Billa supermarket was really close in case you needed something quickly to eat drink etc.The property in really close to the main shopping street.

Disliked: For those who like to sleep till late ,it's not a really quiet place because for example our room was near the bathrooms and also near the exit door so there was some noise in the morning.

Liked: the free internet, the kitchen facilities, the inside garden smoking area, the free mineralised water at the wellcome desk, the location near westbanhof

Disliked: it is very noisy inside and everything that happens in the rooms on the same floor or in the corridors or the traffic in the street could be heard clearly, it is hard to sleep there. room was not very warm, hot water was also not very warm, there's no trash basket in the room (!), payment is only in cash - this is very inconvenient.

Liked: The location was excellent!!Easy to move from place to place by using public transportation.Rooms were clean and shared bathroom was in good condition.

Disliked: There is only two shared showers so it might take a while to have a shower,especially in the morning.Also you have to make your own bed in your room but there is sheets from the house.If these doesn´t mind you I recommend this place!We enjoyed our visit!
