Liked: it was close to the train station, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc.. clean and tidy, i think the floor actuually got swepted during the day when i was out

Disliked: um, not very helpful staff when i checked in, minimal info about vienna and what to do i didnt even get offered a map. i couldnt find the laundry mat in the area and had to pay 12 euros for my clothes to get washed! guess that was up to me if i wanted clean clothes so you can decide on that one.. because it was so close to the station its really more for people leaviing early or only stazing one night, a hight turn over in my room of people coming and going

Liked: Cheaper than others.

Disliked: I found someone's underwear on my pillow! The matresses are very bad and the beds are very noisy.

Liked: Good atmosphere, great staff. Clean rooms, big kitchen where you can prepare yourself a nice meal.

Disliked: The rooms were really small and it's next to a very noisy street, so we had to lock the window to get some sleep. Plus it took us 45 minutes to get on foot from the hostel to historical center.

Liked: Central location next to the train station. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent information and recommendations. After staying in several subpar hostels, the bed in Do Step Inn = Heaven! And the room and bathroom were spotless. We will be staying again later this year on our return visit to Vienna.

Liked: easy to find which is near to the bahnhof, the room and kitchen are both clean

Disliked: the hot water in the bathroom is unstable. only the first 5 second has hot water but it is not more than 15 degree Celsius outside.

Liked: Located near the main train station. Kitchen facility. Nice enough, clean and overall not bad.

Disliked: Though it is located close to the train station it is a 25 minute walk or a train ride to the city of town (the walk is along the main shopping street so not so bad). Had to make the bed yourself eg put pillow slips and bed sheets onto the bed. Sheets were clean but old and was given a single cover to fit a double quilt, plus the pillows are like mini airplane pillows. Wifi worked but slowly.

Liked: El staff era muy amable, el lugar estaba limpio y organizado. La decoración era moderna y bonita y la ubicación era muy apropiada para llegar a los lugares turísticos más importantes.

Disliked: Habían algunos pasajeros que dejaban la cocina muy sucia y desordenada. Debiera haber mayor supervisión a cerca de esto.

Liked: Staff were very good and the hostel was clean and comfortable. The location was quite close to a major train station from which you can get the metro, long distance trains and the airport train. It was a good 20-30 minute walk into the centre of town otherwise which didn't cause any trouble for us as we used the metro to get around.

Disliked: Room was a little noisy at night due to traffic on the road in front of the hostel. This may not be much of a problem usually but it was hot while we were there and we had to leave the window open

Liked: The hostel was very clean,the room relative small, but quite pleasant. If I travel ti Vienna for a next time, i would chose this hostel again.

Liked: Good location, welcome drink, kitchen area, coffee machine (1 euro for a nice cup of coffee!), size of rooms, very clean bathroom.

Disliked: Too many steps to get to the 3rd floor with baggage - no lift.

Disliked: The blood on the bedsheet and hair that appeared to be left by the previous guest. Room had not been cleaned adequately.

Liked: Clean and convenient.

Disliked: the staff can be more helpful. Suggest the locker room should be on the same floor as recep, as visitors won't want to climb stairs to jus put in lugage and found out to be staying in another building

Liked: The kindness of the staff and the good location, just next to the main train station of the city.

Disliked: The lightness in the bedroom made difficult to sleep and the bed wasnt so comfortable at the photo looks like.

Disliked: BED BUGS!!! we got attacked by them! And when we asked for new bed linen we got damp dirty ones! The guy at reception seem to hate his job and was useless!
