Inconvenient desk hours (not open for check-in during the afternoon and late evening) Internet and laundry on site but very expensive:(

The location is excellent (five stops from the centre of the city), there is free parking opposite the hostel and the hostel is well appointed and well set out. Staff are friendly, the hostel rooms are quiet there is cable (after a long day) and lovely hot showers.

The background was really very nice - the kitchen and so on. The environment of the hostel is quite modern and it is very good for travellers that Do Step in is close to Westbahnhof railway station.

Location - right across from Westbahnhof train station
Staff - the gentleman was SO nice and accomodating!
It was a very good value for the money.
