Liked: Staying in "Do Step Inn" was wonderful experience! We were pleased with clean rooms, nice atmosphere and kind staff.

Disliked: Everything was perfect!

Liked: Free cups of punsch on arrival, friendly and helpful staff. Close to Westbahnhof.

Disliked: No lock for the lockers in the room was provided.

Liked: this was the cleanest hostel's we have ever stayed in! This was very important as my wife was pregnant. It is also located very nicely in between the palace and the main shopping stretch. 5* very happy with our choice :)

Disliked: Vending machine was broken so we could not get some fresh water late in the evening

Liked: the löcation! 5 min walk from a metro train station. Vienna's largest street 10 min walk. I could reach city center in 20 min by walk.

Disliked: you can not cancel your partial booking from 48hrs to ur check inn. partial booking = you booked for 4 days, which you can not reduce it to 3 or lesser if you have booked from hostel bookers

Liked: - We got a glass of wine as a welcome drink - The rooms and restrooms were clean - The quick check-out: Just leave the keycard at the reception and bye! - close to various public transport options

Disliked: - It was not in walking distance to the Stephansdom, but it seems there are hardly any hostels closer to the very centre than this hostel anyway

Liked: nice Kitchen, common room with and multiple computers with internet.

Disliked: Wi Fi was not available in the room, qult and bed were not covered already with bedsheet/cover, it was given seperately

Liked: We booked a double ensuite room and were given a big room with 3 beds. The room is clean and the size of the bathroom is not too small. It was cold in Vienna and we were glad to have 3 heaters in the room (including 1 in the bathroom). We had free wifi in the room, too. The front desk people were all friendly and helpful with directions. The location is really good as it's within few minutes of walking distance from Westbahnhof.

Disliked: One of the bed is rather uncomfortable due to the soft mattress but we were too tired from our city visit so this didn't really bother us much.

Liked: Perfect location, nice rooms, free wave, free food.

Disliked: Thin walls, you coud hear everything your neigbour did. No electricity sockets in the rooms.

Liked: Newly renovated and very comfortable. The kitchen was huge and the hostel was nicely located near groceries, train station, restaurants, and you can easily walk to the old city. Wifi available on the rooms and lightning fast.

Disliked: There was a slight smell in my room which reminded me of a smell an adhesive I worked with in the past. It is probably because of the recent renovations but it is nothing that would cause you to lose sleep.

Liked: Lockers were provided. Love the play on the Hostel's name. Just a very fun place to stay for Vienna!

Liked: This hostel is near the Westbahnhof, which is convenient. It was very clean.

Disliked: The private budget double was truly "budget." There was no trash can in the room. The bed was not made when we came in, although there were clean sheets folded on the bed. There were no drinking glasses available in the room.

Liked: It was easy to' be' alone if you wanted. computers were fast and f ree.

Disliked: It was too quiet, far out of the city centre. Commino room was terrible, just a lounge in the hallway.

Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful, and multilingual to boot, and provided us with a map with the most interesting things in town labelled, as well as directing us to them.

Disliked: It is near Wien West station which is a little bit out of the way from the centre, but this wasn't a major problem as there was an underground station there too which takes you there very quickly, a ticket for the whole day only costs E5.70

Liked: Close to main train station. Nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen and large dining area. Large Luggage room. One of the staff members was very helpful when asked info about city, provided alot of good recommendations.

Disliked: Free wifi only in Lobby and kitchen.
