Liked: It was all new, new kitchen, new rooms, free internet, cool games room and nice bathrooms. Cant fault this place at all. The staff were excellent as well...

Liked: very close to the metro. it's within walking distance of just about all of the main attractions in vienna. the staff were very friendly. it's a fairly modern building, and lots of people hang out in the common room in the evening.
