Liked: We were attended to by an elderly gentleman by the name of Naeem who was extremely patient, friendly and attentive to our needs. Added that personal and warm touch to a holiday in the frigid winter.

Disliked: The radiator was not working as much as we would like it to. It got slightly cold at night but we managed.

Liked: Good value for money. Although I didn't meet the owners, Naim was very friendly and everything worked out very well. Close to a few nice bars. I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Vienna

Liked: our stay was just Amazing! the guesthouse is absoluely worth the money - close to main locations (10 min by the metro), clean and safe...and the friendliness of Arabella...we felt like we stayed at a friend's place indeed. thank you very much Arabella! the guesthouse surely recommended!!!

Liked: It was warm and comfortable, conveniently located and Nadine, who settled us in, was incredibly sweet. She gave us so many suggestions, helped us plan our routes and offered to be on call 24/7.

Disliked: Nothing - everything was fantastic.

Liked: The staff was so helpful, as soon as we got there Nadine showed us her favorite spots, highlights of Vienna and what to avoid. Every recommendation she made was a goldmine. The location was perfect, it was so easy to find and easy to get anywhere from the guesthouse. I thought it was a great price for the value, especially in Vienna.

Disliked: I was under the impression that we would have our own bathroom, in the end we had to share with one other room-not terrible I just wasn't aware of that beforehand.

Liked: The reception was done at night, so we say "thanks" to Nadine, it was warm, it was clean and the location is perfect. You can take by foot to Mariahilfestrasse, it is near to metro, so it is excellent.

Liked: firstly,i liked the rooms.big and very nice.they were also clean and that's very important for a hotel-hostel.

Disliked: we didn't have internet from the first hours of our departure.

Liked: we were upgraded to a private apartment because one was open, the staff sat down with us and showed us on a map all the best places to go, the apartment had a private kitchen, bath, bedroom, and balcony, right across the street from metro, they let us check out late because the room wasn't booked for the next day. overall one of the best hostel/guesthouses I've ever stayed at. recommend it for anyone

Liked: Great location, and very friendly staff. The room is average, but great value for the price. I would recommend this to friends or others looking to travel to Vienna. Another great thing about this place was the close proximity to local public transport.

Disliked: The rooms are average, had an "old" smell, the hot water was spotty, and the wi-fi internet wasn't great.

Liked: Easy access to nearby undergrounds and the main station. Close to the city centre and restaurant areas. Staff were friendly upon arrival. Room included own kitchen, though we did not use it.

Disliked: Corridor within the building stunk like smoke. As did the linen and towels. By the end of our stay, most of our clothes an belongings stunk like cigarette smoke! We tried to spend as little time as possible in the apartment to avoid the awful stench. It was not nice showering and drying ourselves off with a towel reeking of smoke! Not a great place for non-smokers.

Liked: Guesthouse Arabella is set in flats above a shopping parade. It is very accessible from the station, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Liked: Well arranged appartment with all necessary facilities in the room. Fell like home.

Disliked: Need to walk for about 10 mins. Not 3 mins as described on internet.

Liked: Arabella is a really nice and warm person who wants to make your stay as nice as possible. The room was very nice, big, with a great view, a balcony, a bench + table, a tv and lots of closet space. It was very nice to have a washing machine, and the use of a kitchen and a laptop with internet also. And of course Arabella's homemade jam :).

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Como positivo que solicitamos una habitación privada con baño privado y resulto ser todo un apartamento. La ubicación es muy buena

Disliked: El apartamento estaba super antiguo, lo que le daba aspecto de suciedad aunque aparentemente todo estaba "limpio". Con TV que no funciono. Sin sabanas aunque decian que las facilitaban segun la información de internet.

Liked: It is In a good place in the town. It's a complete flat basically, equipped with everything. Even sugar.

Liked: It was exactly as we expected it!!! Nice and clean room and very helpfull staff. It was nice, that we could sleep longer on sunday morning. We would recommend to send them a mail or call, just to save the 10% for hostelbookers. It is very easy to find. 5 minutes walk from "Westbahnhof". The area seems to be safe, also at night.
