Liked: It was close to town and both train stations and public transport. easy to find and most importantly VERY helpful and friendly staff. We loved our stay in Vienna. Guesthouse arabella was great.

Liked: The owners are really nice and helpful although they are not there all the time. Ask for a room that does not have a view to the street (unless you like noise). The place is worth it!

Liked: This guesthouse was like having your own apartment. You may share a room with other people but you have a key to your own room. There was a washer that was free to use in my suite. Up the street is aa backpackers bar which has cheap food and booze.

Liked: We only stayed at the guesthouse for one night, but the facilities were excellent and the rooms very clean. The only problem we had was finding the place, it had no sign outside, and by chance noticed some people leaving with rucksacks. Despite this, Arabella (the owner) directed us to a bar across the road where the interent was cheap and we could leave our bags for the day before leaving. Would recommend to others.

Liked: Nice an clean room with panoramic view of Vienna. If you want a nice and quiet visit you should definitely go to Arabella, if you want to meet people the travelshack is just on the other side of the road.

Liked: She has three apartments. Each apartment has toilet, shower and kitchen. One apartment located at 10th floor has no kitchen but littel fridge. All equipments are clean.If you book a room, it means you share one apartment with somebody. The toilet, shower and kitchen.But it doesn't bother your stay. At least, you have your room key.During your stay, she does laundry your cloths herself. No payment needed.They are valualbe rooms. It's very difficult for travellers to find these rooms with these prices!I absolutelly come back here again!!!

Liked: The owner was really helpful and very friendly. The location of the accommodation is great for easy access to the centre of Vienna with good access to public transport. The centre can be reached by foot in about 20-30 mins. My only quible is the noise from the frequent trains, trams and traffic in the street below - you can't leave windows open at night and on a hot night, this could be a bit annoying.

Liked: Fantastic property, really modern, spacious appartements, some with city views, clean, comfy, even had a tv which is a bonus! only a few metro stops away from the heart of Vienna, owner was very nice, willing to help you at all times.brilliant.

Liked: from the moment we arrived we were treated with warmth and friendliness.the guesthouse was in a very central location.arabella herself greeted us and gave us all necessary information and was very generous.the room was very big with a tv and great view of the cityi would recommend it to anyone
