 Very clean and quite spacy rooms. Free internet access.

This is definitely a hotel rather than a hostel - daily cleaning, towel change, bed making, TV in room, en-suite bathroom, etc. Very good value. Less than 30 mins walk to the absolute centre, less to the Rathaus. Very short walk to Metro station if you don't like walking.

The staff was really helpful. They helped us figure out the public transportation and gave us maps and brochures. Also, they let us leave our luggage in a luggage room for free after we had checked out. The location was not extremely convenient to tourist sites, but the metro was not too difficult to figure out. Also, the metro station is very close to the hotel.

Room was very big, modern, clean and had everything you would need. The hotel was in a quiet location but near to the metro to get in to the centre. The free internet (and computers) in the entrance area was great!

Proximity to transport and eating places was very good. Breakfast option was value for money. Front reception staff were exceptionally helpful and free internet was a bonus.

Is not expensive at all attending we are in Wien. It is perfectly clean and new. 15 minutes walking to the center. Perfect for big groups, we were 9 people in a 10 beds-room and it was really cool.
