Liked: The location is awesome - approximately a 3-4 minute walk to Westbahnof train station and metro. Next to a great street with restaurants and shops. The kitchenette was nice to have - we didn't use the hotplate but it was great to have hot coffee in the morning! Nice to be able to come and go as you please.
Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: There are many facilities in the room, soundproof, it is in the heart of the city, yet in a quiet surrounding. I loved the fact that there was a kitchen belonging to our room (it was actually a flat what we rented) for a very good price. The atmosphere is lovely, the output is tasteful.

Liked: This is the best hostel i've ever been in all my europe travel. Big and comfortable rooms. Internet connection from the rooms and most importantly The location.I loved it and certainly recommend

Disliked: Shower was broken and had to be hand-held. The room had a very strange odor; we had to openm the windows to bear it.

Liked: Separate kitchen, hall for each 2 rooms.
Disliked: Neighboors seemed like living there for some monthes. Not the friendliest atmosphere. Not the cleaniest place in Vienna. And definitely not for solo travellers - good if you book whole room. The worst hostel I've been to. Just little better than sleeping on train station. Wouldn't recomend to any other travellers.

Disliked: The smell in the entire building. Really bad choice of scented bags/air freshners. Like really bad. Sorry, bu that's the truth.

Liked: The 4 bed dorm had it's own entrance with bathroom, toilet, kitchen and dining area and lockers outside the rooms which was excellent. Close to the train station, but a nice area and cosy pub for breakfast around the corner.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Our room was double booked, but they admitted they made a mistake and gave us an upgreat for a family room. The rooms are cleaned every day.
Disliked: It was quiet hard to find, because the street wasn't on our tourist map.

Liked: Very nice and clean hostel. Our room was in another building but still reception was easy to acces. It was nice and calm and it was quiet place to sleep. Not wery busy common room but we spent all our time in downtown so it didn't matter.
