Liked: location

Disliked: even private rooms have to share every things with others, very poor noise isolations between rooms

Liked: Close to town. We left a camera behind by accident and the staff member found it and called and emailed us straight away to say they had put it aside for us which was a big relief!

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I stay for 4 times to Happy Hostel in Vienn. I like very much, and I decide to stay every time here.

Disliked: Every think are very good.

Liked: The location of the place is good. It was easy for for me to find the place.

Disliked: The toilet smelled a little, probably from the drain as it was clean.

Liked: Good location from everywhere! Staff helpful enough for what i needed to know! spacious room!

Disliked: Wifi didnt work in my room! Think i used next doors instead! Toilet become slightly smelly after first day!

Liked: the location only

Disliked: the bathroom was dirty, it was urine on the floor smelling bad , and I cover with red towel that was there,it was a men taking the shower naked with doors open, who was very dirty.

Liked: Great location--it's very close to Westbahnhof, the train station which was incredibly convenient. I used Vienna as a stopping point and took a train to the Austrian countryside. And it was wonderful to be able to spend as much time in the city as possible and then have the hostel right near where I had to leave from. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. And the room was clean.

Disliked: There are a lot of steps, if you're not used to that. My particular room was on the third floor. If you're not traveling with a heavy load and/or are used to some steps, it's not bad at all.

Liked: I liked the location of the hostel: in a quite street, but still very close to he main attractions.

Disliked: The atmosphere of the hostel is not too friendly, however we stayed only for one night at it was perfect for the overnight purpose, especially for that amount of the money, it was the cheapest that we could find in Vienna.

Liked: Location and lots of space in the rooms. Clean and mostly comfy.

Disliked: The staff were generally rude, except for one lady who was really nice. The guy who checked us in our first night probably said less than twenty words and was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful. Hostel's wifi didn't reach the room, but we were able to use the neighbor's.

Liked: The location was perfect and the room very clean. There was no noice at nights and the staff was very friendly. Also the kitchen was nicely equipped. Wifi was available.

Disliked: We would have liked for the bathroom to de cleaned once during our stay (6 days). On the final days it became a bit smelly.

Liked: The location is great and easy to find. The people were really friendly and welcoming. It was quiet and clean. Great place!

Disliked: They said that a kitchen was available but when we arrived there, they had put an older man in the room to stay for a longer period, so it seemed a little inconvenient as it was in our dorm, however, they let us use the kitchen in the main building. Otherwise it was good.

Liked: We were meant to stay in shared dorms but when we arrived were greeted with a free upgrade to a private room in a seperate apartment block. The location was great all walking distance away from restaurants bars and the city centre and very close to the west station.

Disliked: not alot

Disliked: Its really not a good place to meet people. Its a little bit fae from de downtown. The rooms are really smal.

Liked: WE were in a shared house with two other couples which was good. The staff were really friendly especially Claudia and helpful. The house had good windows to get fresh air and was quiet at sleep time.

Disliked: No shower screen on bath shower. Water soaked the floor.

Liked: We booked a room with a double bed. (although the room that we were given actually had a double bed and 2 single beds). We shared a kitchen area, and a bathroom with one other room. Our room was big, and clean, with lots of natural light, we were impressed by it. The hostel is located outside of the city centre, but it is very close to a train/metro/tram station, so you just need to walk 3 minutes and then you can get on the public transport. It has 2 computers for guests to use, it also has a laundry service, although we lost 1 sock and gained 2 other socks during the process! so need to make sure you get everything back! We didnt get any breakfast there, although its not really a problem, as we went to a supermarket really close and made our own breakfast in the kitchen. Overall, I think this hostel is good value and I recommend it.

Disliked: Nothing really... apart from losing a sock during the laundry, and not getting breakfast.
