Liked: Great location, helpful staff. But the internet and main office is 3 minutes away from the hostel so that makes things difficult in a way. But it is a good hostel, and will recommend it to everyone.

Liked: Outstanding friendliness and support from the staff. A real help for those who are traveling in Vienna for the first time. Very nice , helping people! We got some very good tips and advice regarding our trip into town, sightseeing,etc....

Liked: Very friendly personell, we got a nice aparartment (shared with another couple) with full service (wc, bathtub, kitchen, tv in bedroom :)). It was also nearby metro and tram, so... :)
