 The owner is very kind and helpful, and was able to help me in finding things in the city that I needed.

It's very easy to reach from the major stations and the staff are alwazs on call

-Our double room was in another building, on the 6th floor. Very quiet (we're not party-ers) and a bonus view across the outskirts ov Vienna.
-literally right beside the underground station & extremely easy to walk to from Westbahnof (10 min).

Easy walk from the train station (5 min), and close enough on foot to the main hub of the attractions. Had a self contained apartment, a short walk from the main hostel, so great for self catering. Free internet.

We got a free upgrade from a double private with ahared bathroom, to a self-contained appartment made for 5 people! It was excellent!
Hostel also has a lot of atmosphere and is very close to the Westbahnhof.
