Customer reviewThe location was great, the building and room was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing was that we didn't get new cups or tea each day so we had to use the dirty cups (just rinse them in the sink) for our tea in the morning. But overall beautiful and clean. |

LORIE CRIMMINSIt was a great little apartment style room with a t.v. and private bathroom. It was located very close to the West train station, a main shopping/restaurant street as well as in walking distance to the majority of the sights (others are easily accessible by metro i.e. Schonnbrun Palace). Would definitely recommend for couples or friends traveling who only wish to see the city and not experience a hostel-like atmosphere because we did not see another guest our entire stay. |

Customer reviewNice facility and great location. However, not all staff were friendly and the suite can be very noisy at night because a busy street is right outside the window. When I spoke with the hostel staff about the street noise, she said "we cannot move the street or the hostel, there's nothing I can do." So overall a good place, the noise and the staff attitude were definitely a negative factor. |

Olivia O'DriscollLovely staff, lovely room, great location but incredibly noisy in the morning. Our room overlooked a street just off the main shopping street and the traffic sounded like planes taking off. I'd usually sleep through anything but the noise was out of this world. We always had the window open a crack at the top but it might have made a difference if it was closed properly. Other than that, it was a great place to stay in the centre of the city. |

Customer reviewThe perfect place for a few days away. The hostel was basic but well looked after and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great. Literally 2 mins walk from the underground and about 10-15 mins from the centre of Vienna. |
