Liked: Free drink token was nice gesture, and staff were friendly with good local knowledge.

Disliked: Windows in the room were not so good, quite noisy and cold, pool table and other facilities broken. No character, not the best location for what you pay. Also have to pay for bedding if you don't have your own.

Liked: Eveything was systemic and well-working.Shampoos and soaps in bathroom are big plus.Also hair dryers.There is a shopping mall ,a bus-stop and metro station close to hostel. The breakfast was good with quality branded food and considerably cheap.

Disliked: Was a bit expensive but that is because of the dates i have stayed there i guess. Nothing else.

Liked: clean, lockers in room, breakfast is good value wide selection, but no access to kitchen and they weren't serving dinner. Good happy hour prices in the basement bar it does close early though.

Liked: Very clean. Towels provided and changed every day. Cheap and good buffet breakfast. Impressive!

Liked: Cheap

Disliked: Really unhappy staff and disorganized. Be prepared to wait long queues at the front desk. Then queue again several times as the staff fail to just a standard task correctly so you can just be on your way. Annoying!!

Liked: Friendly staff, very helpful. Not in centre, but easy journey in. Good bar, clean rooms, nice people passing through - what more could you want?

Disliked: Some things were a bit pricey - the internet, for example, was a bit overpriced.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: NOT recommended to stay here. I‘ve been to many hostels but this one was easily the worst one. When I booked, the price of one of the rooms jumped up by 9€ AFTER I submitted the booking. I even spoke to the boss of the hostel but she refused to give me the original price. They were actually overbooked so I got a single room instead of a bed in a six bed dorm. I didn‘t complain about that... till the guy wanted to charge me the full price of a single room! it took a lot of effort on the next day to sort that one out. Then when I got my key and went to the room.. BAM there was already someone inside!! He then gave me a key to another room but it didn‘t work, so I had to walk up and down the staircase with my luggage three times. Early in the morning they started drilling in the staircase and we all woke up. There is absolutely no party going on in the common room, probably just old people stay there... and a beer costs like 3 Euros. The hostel will also charge you extra money for everything else such as internet access (1 € per hour!) and breakfast (4 €). We went to a different hostel in Vienna and it‘s a lot better there.

Liked: The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a really cool atmosphere at the hostel and the bar was nice.

Disliked: It came as a surprise that we had to pay for our own sheets. The staff seemed to be a little disorganised. We stayed to nights, but the staff wasn't able to put us in the same room, even though it was promised to us.

Liked: We didn't really liked it.

Disliked: It was too noisy - there is a main road just in front of the hostel so there were cars passing by all the time. Also there were always people in the courtyard - other guests who were laughing and talking till after midnight, and kids playing and screaming in the early morning. We're not going back there for sure.

Liked: easy to get to.

Disliked: as 2 lone traveling females it was unsettling sharing a room with a man, older, and also alone. perhaps gender separated rooms would be better?
