Liked: nice hostel.booked online paid depost ,when i turned up they said i hadnt payed online and made me pay deposit twice.i told them id payed deposit online then the guy was rude about it...other then that it was good.

Liked: It was good but it a little bit far from the city centre. One thing that I didn't like about the hostel is that when I booked it didn't say anything about the sheets, then when I arrived I had to pay extra money for them, so I would recommend people to be aware of it.

Liked: Great hostel/hotel close to metro and only a couple stops to the main downtown square. Best all you can eat breakfast out of all the hostels Ive been to, definitely worth the 4 euros!

Liked: The staff were amazing, so helpful!We had our own private apartment and it was absolutely great, right by the underground so a quick ride right downtown!

Liked: Excelent! New furmiture everywhere, perpectly clean bathroom (with clean towels), secure place (you don´t have keys, but card)...my friends and me enjoyed the stay. And perpect breakfast!!

Liked: Didn't like the staff in the evening. I was extremelly tired coming from a 9 hours train trip at 24h. All I wanted was go to sleep and the staff didn't gave all the information I needed, making me going all the way to the reception twice. Nothing is included in the price, but for been Vienna I guess is cheap enough.

Liked: we were in a 4 beds bedroom, but as the place wasnt too busy, we got the whole room for ourselves. was clean and tidy, especially the bathroom. there are no bedclothes, it costs 3 euro!!!every room has its own bathroom (toilet and bath) with soap:) ! its worth the 12euro+3.

Liked: The hostel is very clean and neat. The staff always seem to be new and in training so it may take a while to get anything you want. The hostel is in the red light district of Vienna. Not that it is dangerous, just thought you might want to know. It is also handy to get downtown. No kitchen. Bummer.

Liked: The place does not have any character, lights in the room were bad, and you even have to pay for bed linen and towel use. To get a locker in your room you must pay 5€ (which you get back though), and even if online they write that check-out time during the weekend is at 12, once I arrived they told me that it's at 11! Also, security staff doesn't speak much English, whereas the rest of the staff is ok. The structure is very clean and well located - basically the only 2 positive points about it.

Liked: the location of the hostel is pretty good... quite close to the main station (Westbahnhof).the atmosphere was good as well, although no free wifi was offered...
