Liked: Just a 100m walk from the nearest underground station, though not the nicest location. Rooms were clean with ensuite.

Liked: Efficient, very clean, good ensuit facilities, free luggage was greatly appreciated. Modern.

Disliked: That you had to pay for WiFi. Directions to the hostel are confusing if you start of at the wrong door out of the metro station nearest by.

Liked: The hostel itself was lovely and clean with private bathroom which was a touch of luxury, very happy, only let down was that the location felt a little seedy.

Liked: Very clean. closed to metro.

Disliked: everything charges. 3 euro for sheets. 1 euro/hour for wifi, 2.5 euro/hour for terminal. 4 euro for breakfast....

Liked: The room is clear.

Disliked: The staff worked very slow. I had waited very long time for checking in. There is charge on the wifi. It's ridiculos! Even the shopping mall nearby provide free wifi. How can a hostel charge for the wifi service? The room which keep the luggage is full of rubbish and very smelly. There is no staff to clean the room. When I came back to take the luggage, the rubbish were still there. Besides, the luggage room is a bit small. It is full of luggage that I hardly find a place to put mine.

Liked: -Very easy to find and close to a U-Bahn station-English-speaking, friendly staff-Very clean, terrific bathroom and TV, spacious room

Liked: Very clean for sure, affordable if you don't use any extra service. Of course, very secure as a place, and not too far from city center (via Ubahn)

Disliked: You have to pay/make a deposit for EVERY single thing you want to do over there. No cooking facilities, nor fridge. A little cold of an atmosphere.

Liked: the cleanliness definitely

Disliked: the receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. all the facilities had to be paid for. wifi and linens especially.

Liked: They are very professionals and cleanliness is very good. The breakfast is amazing for the price.

Disliked: You have to pay for everything, even the linen. Internet is very expansive for a day (5 euros).

Liked: Was very nice for a budget hostel, it felt like a hotel. My room was layed out like a hotel, with a desk and mirror, a table and chair, and two beds with side tables and lamps (also one bunk bed). They also had a tv in the room with a remote. Really close to a metro station.

Disliked: Room was somewhat loud, as it looked out onto a bustling road, so ear plugs were important. Internet was not free, though I do appreciate that it was available at all. You have to pay extra to rent linen (3 euros) and for a towel (1 euro).

Liked: For this price the best place I've ever stay! Clean, well located, shower and toilet in 4 beds room. Great!

Disliked: The only thing I didn't like were two strange young girls we were in the room with.

Liked: The rooms were clean, the lockers were nice and big. However, one woman in the kitchen at breakfast took a dim view of our attempts at making our lunch out of the breakfast buffet. We made many sandwiches and packaged them in plastic bags, but she waltzed over and yanked them violently out of our day bags insisting, "Das ist verboten mitnahmen!" Such rude behaviour by staff have I never seen in all my year of travel! Luckily, a kind German lady managed to argue our sandwiches out of the bin and back into our bags. Needless to say we took extra care in taking more than enough food for lunch the following day!

Liked: The place is much more like an hotel, for good and bad. There is no "hostel atmosphere" (party) there but on the other hand it is clean and well mentained. I would recommend other people to stay there

Liked: everyone can ask for the key of the luggage room no matter you are guest or not in the hostel, so it is not safe to leave luggage here in case that someone would steal your luggage easily by getting key!
