Liked: room was soo clean and the hostel is like a hotel, u have your own bath and wc everything was good. location is a little bit bad but i think it s not problem in Vienna cuz there is really wonderful transportation system.

Disliked: i waited 15-20 minutes for check in.there was 2 receptionist but they worked 20 minute for just one guy, who came before me. And the internet connection was not free of charge.

Liked: Nice ensuite dorm with TV and all to myself. Lucky.

Disliked: Being charged extra for everything which is included at most hostels I stay at.

Liked: The room was really good; despite it being an hostel it did look like a hotel; funny staff, good location, ideally connected with center; clean toilet, good bed

Disliked: If I have to find something not so good, perhaps after check out guys at the reception gives keys for luggage room to anyone with not too much attention and do not care on how people put luggage

Liked: Great place at a great price!!! Best staff I've ever seen. Clean and organized, if you are going to Wien, stay there!!!

Disliked: The only problem was the internet, that wasn't free.

Liked: Abitily to make a 4 bed dorm private. Fast and easy check in.

Disliked: It was really cold in the room on arrival, and we had to wait for the radiator in order to heat up the room. It would be nice to heat a little bit before the guests arrive in winter time.

Liked: Funny place where do you can meet other peoplelike you and organise somethings togheter. The rooms Are clean and confortable.

Disliked: This hostel is not in the center of city but is in front of the metro.

Liked: This was a great place to stay. Very clean and rooms are like hotel rooms which I liked. I did not like the 3 euro charge for sheets and the 2.5ó euro charge for using a credit card. Other than these things it was perfect - good shower, lots of space to put your stuff, locker and close to metro.

Liked: Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Helpful staff who let us change rooms when we requested with minimal bother

Liked: Tidy and quiet at night.

Disliked: Needed to buy bedsheets and wifi extra. This place is kind of like a budget airline where you're lured in by a low price only to find you're paying much more once you're committed.

Liked: there was an extremely helpful and friendly female staff member

Disliked: very noisy main road right outside the room. strange man put in our room. if you are arriving by U-bahn, then it is much quicker to get out at Berggasse, not Thaliastrasse as the website insrtucts.
