Liked: The staff was not very friendly. They never offered me a city map or any kind of help to get to know the city. But it's a very beautiful place and worth staying there, despite the staff.

Liked: First of all I liked the location. It is a nice, quiet place with a beautiful panorama. Whole Vienna is at your feet. Then, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered information about everything we wanted to know and were really doing their best to make us feel good.

Liked: As everyone said, the view was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable.To get into town took about 30 mins in the day, a bit longer at night, and from 12.30 onwards at night you'll need to taxi. Not ideal if you want to be out partying every day, but if you'd rather spend your evenings in relaxed and beautiful surroundings it's perfect.

Liked: Very nice place to stay, wonderful landscape of Vienna, clean rooms and nice persons. It seems its a little far away from city but there is a bus that you can use every 15 minutes to go to city center..
