Liked: Comfy bed, good breakfast that's about it, big signs to show u how to get there

Disliked: I felt like I was back at school camp great place if u want LOTS of peace and quiet, crappy kitchen facilities only fridge n microwave, it is out of town but they do say that, it just doesn't have any atmosphere for a hostel sorry

Liked: Free breakfast was good, free wifi available in lobby, easy access via metro and showers are very hot.

Disliked: The key cards stop working at 9am when checkout is at 9:30am.

Liked: Though a bit far from city center, it's close to terminal of metro line 4. With a 72hrs travel pass, location shouldn't be an issue. Staff prepare u a letter and a free map when u check in, they always wear a smile makes you feel quite at home. Like the place so much.

Disliked: jiong left no negative feedback.

Liked: the price and the help of the staff (they are really friendly and willing to help!)

Disliked: still it's a hostel, the shower doesn't work perfectly, the breakfast is not tasty

Liked: It was a nice building and there were signs from the metro station showing you how to get there.

Disliked: It is all the way at the end of the line of the metro so pretty far out of the way.

Liked: Very clear and precise diresctions were given to the otherwise quiet remote location of the hotel.

Disliked: shared bathrooms

Liked: It gives out a "welcome pack" with key information, but the "map" could be drawn up better and more accurately. Buffet breakfast - average selection but sufficient for start of a day. Free parking.

Disliked: Our room comes with the en-suite shower - the sliding door for the shower is broken and the water doesn't drain properly, i.e. gets "flooded up" to ankle level.

Liked: Good wifi connection and computers to use do free. The hostel had an elevator, a pool table and a TV. Very clean, nice rooms.

Disliked: Lock out between 9:30 and 3, or something like that. Breakfast started 6:30 and ended at 9, and it might be different for other people, but when I'm on holiday I tend to sleep in, so I only had breakfast one. The breakfast range was good. The kitchen had no utensils, no equipment to cook with and no space to cook. Could not be called a kitchen. They serve dinner in the hostel, but you have to pay, so that's probably why there's nothing in the kitchen.

Liked: comfortable bed and clean atmoshphere

Disliked: location is a little far from the center of Vienna

Liked: Cheap good dinner available, good breakfast (you can take stuff for lunch from the buffet). Safe and clean, well maintained.

Disliked: Way too many loud 8-14 yr olds around. Dormitory only has one light which can get very annoying.

Liked: Good price, large lockers and free breakfast

Disliked: Quite far from centre, although only 5 minutes from Hutteldorf U-Bahn station.

Liked: It's a big hostel with very good rooms. I met great people there, from the employees to the guests!

Disliked: The kitchen is no that good, miss stuffs to cook (stove, cutlery, dishes, pots).

Disliked: the location is bad for "travellers" , it's more like a dorm for the summer camp, poor facilities....... poor internet

Liked: It was a cheap hostel and we got what we paid for. The breakfast was good.

Disliked: The showers had to be continuously turned on every 5seconds! but at least they were hot! Unfortunately we had a school group staying at the time and they were running around everywhere! In the lounge there was no character at all and it felt stale. The breakfast was good. The money we saved on this hotel we would have spent on the train tickets throughout vienna because it was a quite a fair way away. the pillows were horribly flat!

Disliked: Too many young children and the staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly.
