Liked: It was a really nice place that had a fantastic free breakfast. It was really easy to find with the directions provided, and offered a clean facility

Disliked: It is a bit farther from the center of town, so a metro pass is a must. two computers are offered for free use to the guests, which is great for people to quickly check their email etc., but there is no organization or system for allotting computer time. I would not have thought this was a problem if 2 people didnt monopolize the 2 computers the entire time, refusing to get off even when specifically asked, and with no help from the staff to regulate the problem. what was a nice, complimentary service offered to guests turned into an annoyance. Basically, do not count on their free internet use if you actually have to be checking in to work/school/family etc. There are some internet cafes in town that are more reliable

Liked: it was a ways out of the way of vienna, but it was a very nice place to stay.

Liked: clean, friendly, air is good, and breakfast is very great. Staff very friendly and helpful too. Convenient to travel. very near the castle n the zoo.

Disliked: u have to pay money(1euro/24h) if you want to save your valuable thing in save drawer because it doesn't have any locker for ur drawer in ur room. wifi sometimes doesn't work in dorm. But, in generally, it's good

Liked: Location is excellent and the breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and efficient, and I was happy with the room and the security. Having free Wi-Fi is also great! The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the view over Vienna is so worth the steep uphill climb!

Disliked: I probably misunderstood directions, but the property seems further from the underground station than I thought.

Liked: Free breakfast was great, providing a good selection of food and hot drinks. Rooms were clean, security was good especially with the presence of lockers in the rooms. Staff were helpful when it came to knowledge about the area and nightful.

Disliked: Soap needs to be provided in the bathroom. Mattresses were so thin making sleeping quite uncomfortable.

Liked: Really good breakfasts and a beautiful area of the city, it was nice to be out of the centre and on such an easy train line

Liked: The place was clean and staff was friendly. Good value for money.

Disliked: There was an extra charge for a HI membership on the first night that I hadn't noticed while booking. Outside the city, although easy to reach by metro.

Disliked: The "quiet time" though it was not respected most of the time by all the guests. And the quality of the breakfast food- more variety would have been nice.
