Customer reviewThe location was great! It's right next to the train station and like a twenty minute walk down a major road to the museum quarter and fabulous Christmas markets. The staff was incredibly helpful and breakfast was surprisingly edible. I could not have been happier. |

Customer reviewthe 8 bed dorm was really spacious and had a nice bathroom. shower pressure was really good! breakfast was good with muesli, cornflakes, bread and spreads. you have to pay more if you want one boiled egg or a glass of OJ. the staff, one in particular was really useless. it was like they didnt want to be there, showed no enthusiasm and didnt help us at all. right next to westbanhof station which is good. not near the historical centre but easily accessible by metro. kitchen was pretty lousy with a microwave and toaster. not oven or stove. internet is really expensive too. |

Camilo CARRASCODuring the whole time I stayed there (sept 9-12 2009, 8 bed dorm) there was a construction site next to the hostel. It was impossible to sleep over 7am (7:30 the week-end). Appart form that (maybe just bad luck) the hostel was good. Very safe and clean, the staff was really nice (the guy on the desk was also very cute :) though he didn't know how to make the TV work). The only minus, the money you pay for it. It's kind of expensive if you think it's just a hostel but in Vienna that's like the rule... it's not a cheap city if you wanna see it that way. The location was perfect but go there with some friends. |

Sumyee Selina NGthe two of us ended up on the upper bunk of two beds in the opposite corners of a room, the instruction on booking "from train station" is actually for getting out from the metro station of the same name so you can only find it if you don't follow the instructions. |

Customer reviewok place to stay, staff helpful and free breakfast. internet is a bit expensive, but the net cafe down the road is even more than at the hostel. big lockers in rooms and a locked storage room downstairs. close to metro station and train station as well. got everything you need, and thats it really. |

Clare PorterThe location was really good, only 2 mins walk from the station, plus there was a sign at the top of the road to help you find the hostel, which saved us spending ages walking about! The kitchen and garden areas were really social spaces. My only complaints were the staff, they weren't very helpful and you got the impression that you were wasting there time standing infrount of them. We ended up staying for an extra night but had to pay an extra ten euros and we had to change rooms!!! They also have the longest list of rules that I have ever seen in my life, with some hefty fines so be careful. (There are also some funny ones : 'you must shower with the door closed') |

Customer reviewThis was a really lovely hostel! Good location, clean, great breakfast! The directions were good, however, we managed to get rather lost so just be careful when reading the directions! Kitchen was good, but microwave meals, toasties, or salad are about the extent of what is possibel to cook up, but otherwise great! |

Customer reviewThey gave us the sheets and pillowcases and told us to make our own beds. It's not very easy to make the bed when you're on a bunk-bed. The elevator is not allowed after 11 pm. The people and the atmosphere was not very nice, I didn't enjoy staying there, especially not for that price. |
