Liked: the cleanliness is very very good. they borrow hair dryer for the ppl who stay there. some of us don't bring hair dryers drng travel...since they provide it was very convenient :)

Disliked: Nothing actually.

Liked: Good location, breakfast included, reasonable price.

Disliked: Wifi works badly in rooms. The deposit of ID for the key was not convenient.

Liked: it's location is really awesome...just behind the main train station. lot of shopping mall and a really good night spot.

Disliked: our room was on the forth floor and every night they had to closed the lift system in late times. that was not good

Liked: the location was great,near to u bahn and the train station also near to museum and city centre

Disliked: it was the bathroom facilities that were not to my liking

Liked: easy to get around with metro, clean and quiet, great breakfast

Disliked: the common room was a bit small making the nights always crowded

Liked: Being next to the train station was ideal for us because we had an early train. However, the location may be the only thing we liked about this hostel.

Disliked: first of all, we were asked to maje our own beds, but were not given instructions on how to do so. This seems like common sense, but it was quite frustrating to figure out what bed linen went where. Then, we had disruptive boys in our room, making sleep almost impossible, and with only 3 outlets, our items were constantly being unplugged without concern for our belongings. Then, despite signs claiming that no residents should ever get too drunk, there wee a group of boys camped out in the lobby completely drunk, loud, obnoxious, and some were still passed out there in the morning. I definitely wouldn't go back here. We were so grateful we were only staying one night of else we would have relocated.

Liked: Clean bedrooms and bathrooms, confortable beds, good breakfast, great staff, speccially the recepcionist Geroge

Disliked: Too calm! the kitchen is quite small and only have a microwave where to cook if you want to have dinner on the hostel, slow internet. The elevator stops ats 10pm, so if you are on the top floor and go to the hostel after 10 you have to walk 4 floors!

Liked: The hostel was really clean and the beds were good. The location is excellent as well. It is also one of the few hostels that offers breakfast in the morning and breakfast which consists of cereal, bread, a variety of spreads and drinks is really sumptuous and makes the stay at the hostel value for money, especially since things in Vienna are expensive.

Disliked: The pillows were too low and there is only wifi in the common area on the ground floor. Would have much preferred if there was wifi in the room.

Liked: Amazing atmosphere and lounging area. Great value for price, great location, friendly staff and great beds with large lockers! They helped me out with a booking confusion as well, and free breakfast! Great group of travelers while I was there as well! Amazing hostel!

Disliked: Internet doesn't work on the 2nd floor, but forces you downstairs to meet people, so an even better deal.

Liked: I did like the location and I liked that breakfast was included in the price.

Disliked: I disliked that there was only one bathroom shared between a dorm of 12 people. I also didn't like that that property advertised that you could cook meals, when clearly those facilities were unavailable.
