Liked: ok place to stay, staff helpful and free breakfast. internet is a bit expensive, but the net cafe down the road is even more than at the hostel. big lockers in rooms and a locked storage room downstairs. close to metro station and train station as well. got everything you need, and thats it really.

Liked: The location was really good, only 2 mins walk from the station, plus there was a sign at the top of the road to help you find the hostel, which saved us spending ages walking about! The kitchen and garden areas were really social spaces. My only complaints were the staff, they weren't very helpful and you got the impression that you were wasting there time standing infrount of them. We ended up staying for an extra night but had to pay an extra ten euros and we had to change rooms!!! They also have the longest list of rules that I have ever seen in my life, with some hefty fines so be careful. (There are also some funny ones : 'you must shower with the door closed')

Liked: This was a really lovely hostel! Good location, clean, great breakfast! The directions were good, however, we managed to get rather lost so just be careful when reading the directions! Kitchen was good, but microwave meals, toasties, or salad are about the extent of what is possibel to cook up, but otherwise great!

Liked: Very clean. The free breakfast is good. The place is in good condition and is comfaortable. Very useful for Westbahnhof. The internet is VERY expensive at 1 euro per 15 mins!

Liked: They gave us the sheets and pillowcases and told us to make our own beds. It's not very easy to make the bed when you're on a bunk-bed.The elevator is not allowed after 11 pm. The people and the atmosphere was not very nice, I didn't enjoy staying there, especially not for that price.

Liked: As I have already checked the ratings as good, I'd like to stress out that this hostel really is the best value for the money. It is one of the cheapest in Vienna, but you get a lot for that money. I wouldn't recommend any other hostel because this one is located near the west train station which is very close to the center. Not to mention the cleanliness of the hostel and breakfast which are great. You get locker for free plus the rooms are very comfortable and it doesn't get hot if the windows are open. There's also kitchen which is clean but very poorly equipped. It only has a microwave and a toaster. You can enjoy your meal outside on a porch. One sole and minor complaint that I would have is the staff. They do their most official job but that's it. There's to little interaction or helpfulness. All in all, perfect hostel=).

Liked: good place, very well located, just steps from the main train stationit´s safe and has a common room where there´s wi-fi sign, a tv and people of everywhere! important: if you´re looking for cooking, it´s a little hard here, but the rest is ok

Liked: The first staff I met when I check in was unpatient and talked the his friends all the time. But the next staff I met was nice. all in all is OK, but 12 people in a dorm is really too much!

Liked: Economical and easily acessible.......Its very near to Westbanhoff railway Station which is easily acessible by metro.Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good too..........
