Liked: Good location, helpful staff.

Disliked: Didn't like that people could smoke in the common room, made it difficult for non-smokers to use it because the smoke was so thick.

Liked: The people I met were nice and fun

Disliked: The staff member that checked me in was not helpful in city advice and was not friendly. Also, that I had to make my own bed. And the breakfast was all cold food.

Liked: Great place to stay in Vienna. 20 min walk from the Castle and 25 min walk from the central cathedral. Great value.

Liked: nice breakfast, with cheese, bread, jam, corn flakes, milk, coffee etc; free wifi for laptops, situated near main train station; i stayed in 8 people dorm, most lockers' lock were damaged, and the bathroom is in the room, so there are 8 people waiting to use it in turn. that's the only thing i hate.

Liked: Nice location. Right next to busy shopping streets and the metro. Nice rooms: bunk beds with 10 or 12 ppl. All share 1 bathroom though. Very clean bathroom. Great way to meet people. Breakfast is included. Couldn't asked for more. Had a really nice time but living with that many ppl you are often waked up by others. Would definitely recommend!

Liked: Besides the fact that my roommate was a snorer, I really enjoyed my stay at the Westend Hostel. I stayed for a very short time, but it was really convenient that it was so close to the metro.

Liked: Friendly staff, convinient location. One thing that I don't like is that it was quite noisy and sometimes hard not to wake up at night at least a couple of times.

Liked: It's a nice hostel. Great location, really close to everything. Really clean and it's possible to get a proper rest at night as it has a looong list of rules concerning everything. Very organized. The only thing which could be better was breakfast. They have only musli, flakes, bead, jam, butter, cheese, peanut butter. After a couple of days you'd want sth else. However, you won't stay hungry.
