Liked: It was only 2 blocks from the Westbahnhof underground and train station, Mariahaustrasse was right nearby and my room was on the main floor, although there was an elevator.

Disliked: Towels were not available, you had to buy one for 4.5 Euros, internet was 1 euro for 15 minutes, the staff did not go out of their way to help with directions or information.

Liked: nice place, near from the west station and shops.

Liked: Excellent location, dorms were very spacious and beds were comfortable, linen was handed out at check-in and was clean, breakfast was at a reasonable time and decent

Disliked: Many reception staff had little knowledge of the area and were unable to give useful information about nightlife or even good restaurants.

Liked: new, clean and tidy, very organized, lots of facilities, superb excellent location!

Disliked: wish i could choose my bed next to my spouse, when we check in the reception has already assign 2 beds for us, and there is no way to re-arrange it.

Liked: The hostel is very good positioned, clean and good furnished. What I particularly liked, was the bright colours it was painted.

Disliked: We shared a room with a bunch of wild girls who had their things all over the floor and the who took over the bathroom. We stayed only for a night so I am not sure if the next day the cleaning ladies solved this problem.

Liked: large dormitory rooms, nice location.

Disliked: the elevator stops between 10pm and 7am, and it was a bit hard for me to go up to 4th floor (actually it was 5th though)

Liked: It's close to Westbhanhof and the staff is very friendly. Furthermore, you can meet a lot of people.

Disliked: The mattresses are very dirty.

Liked: the location was pretty good, next to a very good travellers bar and very near to good supermarkets and places to eat out.

Disliked: quite hard to meet people here as it is so big and most people are out of the hostel for most of the time. the staff could have been a lot more helpful, they did what was asked but nothing more. breakfast was quite early so onoly made it down for one.

Liked: very clean, good location

Disliked: no atmosphere, internet and laundry are very very expensive. rubbish kitchen, microwave and fridge, thats it. breakfast is cereal and bread rolls, no toast.

Disliked: Bed bugs! Suspicious stains on mattresses! People sleeping on the floor because of those things!

Liked: The location is quite good, the price is cheap.

Disliked: The matrasses were disgusting, the bathroom was full of mold und doesn't seem to be cleaned regularly. The furniture is cheap, old and too worn. One bathroom for 8 people in a room does not work out, so I was already stressed out in the morning. No space in the bathroom to leave your stuff. Lockers in the room were to small and quite unsecure. No small lamps on each bed so it was either everyone wakes up or no light in the evening. No window or functioning venting which truely sucks when 8 people have to use it. Only one more toilet in the hostel in case somebody is having a shower in your room or so, and this one was constantly too dirty to use it. Free wifi is completly unreliable, breaks down every 5 mins.

Liked: Nice garden/patio to eat your breakfast on.

Disliked: Bit of confusion with reception staff and bookings which other travellers had experienced there as well, but it got sorted so no real problem.

Disliked: location. it is a little far by foot. about 30-45 mins away from main attraction, at the very least.

Liked: the receptions are really good at english and very helpful :)

Disliked: the whole hostel is too hot and stuffy, sometimes I couldn't get sleep at all, we need air conditioner at each rooms or more fans
