Liked: It was a really great place for meeting fellow travelers, and the common rooms are really nice. Pool and foosball downstairs, as well as great music always playing, and a bar at the front desk. Breakfast is free and fantastic!

Disliked: It was pretty stinky and dirty. The basement smells like smoke and feet, and we had rats in our room that we could hear scratching at the wood all night. It isn't very close to the city center, so you have to be very motivated each day to make the trek.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. It's located no a major shoppingn street in Vienna.

Disliked: It was expensive. There are alot of travellers staying at this hostel so it has a very commercial/institutional feeling. To check-in there was a 30 minute line!

Liked: The included breakfast was a nice touch. The 4 person room was nicely kept. It was close enough to the train station.

Disliked: Some of the staff wasn't as courteous as one would hope. And the breakfast room is very unorganized and creates a lot of clutter.

Liked: Located right on a subway line that goes straight to the heart of downtown. Half way between the Schloss Schoenbrunn and the historic city center (either reachable in 20-30 minutes on foot), good place to meet people.

Disliked: Neighborhood not very pretty.

Liked: Clean, good facilities, friendly staff.

Disliked: Groups of teenage school girls didn't do much for the atmosphere. A kitchen would have been helpful.

Liked: Staff were FANTASTIC. Location wasn't super central but it wasn't so far to walk. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Free breakfast was def a bonus.

Disliked: Initially wasnt pleased about spending €20 per night for a 10 bedded dorm. But it was a good hostel and Vienna is expensive, you have to accept that.

Liked: The staff were helpful enough with any queries we had about the property. The beds were comfortable and all the necessities were provided for. Ensuite toilet!

Disliked: Limited range of morning breakfast.

Disliked: Wood flooring in the dorms was kinda old and made noise when stepped on... one toilet and one shower for 12 ß 15 people per dorms was not very convenient...

Liked: Good location, nice walk into town. Free breakfast was great and nice chill room, great place to meet people! Most staff were really nice and helpful. Free wifi was great too. Would definately stay there again! Free luggage storage was great to as we got in at 7 am.

Disliked: Would have been handy to have wifi in the rooms as it was only available on the ground and first floor. other than that everything was great!
