Liked: The signage makes the hostel easy to find, unlike some of the B&B's that we stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the two courtyards are wonderful areas to relax and the rooms were clean and quiet.

Disliked: None.

Liked: The place itself. The resting places, also with its little garden where you can go and having breakfast or dinner...

Disliked: That the breakfast wasn't included in price...but that's not really a problem 'cause it was good enough.

Liked: Hostel was very social with a friendly bar which had happy hours each night and cheap drinks. There was a mix of both families staying there as well as young people. Kitchen area and other facilities were good and the rooms were clean and nice! Also the hostel had loads of guide books you could borrow on Vienna which was useful.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: We liked the kitchen and laundry services and the good environment for socializing with other people.

Disliked: Dsicomfort for receiving the breakfast.

Liked: Kitchen - perfect for long staying. Toilets - perfect enough for everyone. Lockers - free-styles locker room is provided, very convenient. Lamp - good to hv lamps in the big room + each bed got their own lamp.

Liked: Booked a double with shared bathroom but was asked on checkin if we wanted to upgrade to a double with private bathroom for an extra cost. Agreed to this and were glad we did. Were located across the road from the main hostel in a garden apartment. Private kitchen and loungeroom downstairs with 2 double rooms upstairs, with access to a private garden shared by one other apartment. Barely saw the other couple staying in our apartment. Nice and quiet and clean, with roomy bathroom. Wifi worked perfectly from the room. We were still able to use the facilities in the main building, including washing machines. Soap was provided which was an added bonus. Breakfast wasn't free but this wasn't a problem as you could buy your own cereal and milk for the private kitchen at one of the supermarkets around the corner if wanting to cut costs.

Liked: Free wi-fi everywhere, huge facility and very nice staff.

Disliked: Nothing really, the location was away from downtown but that is why I chose it... it is only three or four metro stops away from the heart of Vienna.

Liked: The bar was well set up. It had a nice social atmosphere.

Disliked: The location - seemed a bit dodgy and also felt unsafe to walk outside after 9pm The kitchen - way to small for the amount of rooms the hostel has. It was also filthy. the bunk beds - the distance between the top and bottom bunk was really small. It was impossible to sit up which made it really uncomfortable.

Liked: I liked to cleanliness. I also liked the free Wifi and the free lockers.

Disliked: It is not that I disliked, I would have preferred stairs to the bed on the upper deck of the double decker beds in the room.

Liked: Easily the best hostel I've stayed at yet. Its large and spacious. had a great atmosphere and staff are friendly and helpful

Disliked: the showers/water is abit strange as its sensored but the bathrooms are spotless

Liked: Excellent location close to Westbanhoff metro and train stations. Very clean, safe and secure. Has a bar with cheap beer. Nice kitchen, lounge, and lots of laundry machines.

Disliked: Nothing really.

Disliked: Sometimes too noisy. No air-conditioning.

Liked: Very social environment, bright, clean, fantastic gardens, great bar and plenty of communal space to meet new people.

Disliked: No soap, very annoying! Plus no hand towels in the bathrooms. Also had to pay for internet. But these are minor things compared to the experience as a whole. Very enjoyable stay.

Liked: Location was ok, still about a 40 min walk to town though.

Disliked: Rooms were very cramped and hot

Liked: We stayed in a private double with shared bathroom. It was clean, and good value for the money with linens and towels included, but we heard this wasn´t true for all rooms. They were also really reasonable with us: we had to cancel the day of our first night of booking due to a transportation strike in the city we were coming from, and they didnt charge us at all.

Disliked: Nothing really, other than it not being in the center of the town.
