The staff was really helpful, the people were all really cool to talk to, and their facilities were always clean and well-kept.
Location could be better, but if you're smarter than me you'll just take S- or U-Bahn to get downtown.

very clean, quiet at night, close to Westbahnhof train station, markets near hostel, great atmosphere, there's place for everyone, either if you want to just sit and read or use internet, or meet people and chat. feel like home. fully equipped kitchen, self-laundry area including dryer, beautiful garden. BEST hostel ever!

Very clean, comfortable beds. It's unfortunate that it's not closer to the old town, but it's not hard to get there at all. Great lounge area to meet people and excellent kitchen facilities.

Good facilities, very professional. Bar closes at 23:30, breakfast is too basic and included coffee is terrible.

Great price, so clean, friendly staff, room with a view of the courtyard, walking distance to the train station, my favorite hostel in all of Europe. Would go back to Vienna just to stay there.

i really did like the cleanliness in yoour hotel, everything was very very clean,...good work, and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff...that was awsome,location is also nice,you can walk to town...great

its got a cool atmosphere,and meeting people is so easy! even get people coming in from other hostels because of the good times! only bad thing is the bar closes at 11.30 :( all in all come here its a good laugh!

Very clean, modern, nice looking hostel with a cool bar and nice eating area. Lots of space in the dorms with lockers beside each bed and great showers. Hostel staff weren't super friendly or helpful though. Internet is 2 euro for 45minutes (!) and you're better to buy your own breakfast...the one offered here isn't fantastic for the money. Overall though, a nice place.

The bar when it is open. A lot of young people from everywhere. It is not so far from center and from schoenbrunn castle. It is near the main street to the center where you can find a lot of shops, restaurants...

Great place to stay in Vienna! Very comfortable and clean beds, so helpful and friendly stuff :) Although i had to check in at 11 am, they let me come and put my things and shower before 7 am without any problem! Very good location, easy to find and nice, cozy place for breakfasts/meetings downstairs.
Definitely will stay there again and recommend it to everyone. The best hostel i ever stayed in! Thanks a lot!

Free wi-fi, well-equiped and clean kitchen, fun bar area, clean airy rooms, spotless bathrooms and really friendly, helpful reception staff - allowed us to take a shower after getting a night train into Vienna - just what you need.
