Liked: Good book exchange.

Disliked: I know your bunk beds are shorter than usual but ladders would still be helpful. It's almost impossible to get down from the top bunk without waking up the person below. It was also inconvenient to have the kitchen and common areas in a separate building from the room I was in. I don't remember hearing anything about that before I got there.

Liked: Front desk staff were really really nice! This hostel felt the most homey out of any hostel I've stayed at. Although its not super close to the sights it is a short walk to the train station and metro lines which was great.

Disliked: Sarah left no negative feedback.

Liked: Very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. One of the better hostels I have stayed. Wide range age groups too

Liked: There's always someone at the front desk so no matter what time you arrive, you are greeted immediately. The hostel offers a friendly and warm environment which encourages travelers to relax in the lounge and get to know one another. It is well maintained and provides outdoor space to have bbq's or just sit back. Great location for the value and very enjoyable!

Disliked: The assignment of bed numbers, but it's understandable in an effort to keep the beds and rooms clean and efficient.

Liked: Very clean, quiet at night. Kttchen and common areas were fantastic - lots of spots to sit around, or cook and eat dinner. Friendly people. Good location, close to the metro and trams.

Disliked: Private double room had bunk beds which could be annoying.

Liked: The dorms were very clean and the fresh sheets were much appreciated. Nice set-up with the shared bathroom inside the dorm room- after so many other hostels making you walk from the bathroom down a hallway and back to your room it was a welcome change!

Liked: There's a great communal area for socialising and relaxing in the evenings, there are great facilities for preparing your own food and the whole place is very clean and well kept.

Liked: It's a great place, with free lockers in the room. Towel rent is only 1 euro. The luggage storage is also free of charge (with separate lockers). The bathroom was in the room. Bedlights were at each bed, which is convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped. You get get a decent breakfast for low value of money.

Disliked: The kitchen is small and gets crowded in the evening. The kitchen is closed at night until 8 a.m - not convenient for early travellers...

Liked: It is close to the Westbahnhof, had a Great piano to Warm up before auditions and to practice at during the day. Also the internet works great in the rooms and in the common area. Oh the Owner is a very Nice Lovely Woman, great to talk to.

Disliked: Breakfast is small and filling but 3.50 and not a buffet..but all you can drink coffee.

Liked: Nice atmosphere! Pretty good location (easy and quick to get to metro).

Disliked: The bunk beds were a little rough.. pretty close together.

Liked: Friendly and easy. Social bar. Comfortable room. Lockers for storing your luggage, both in your room and after you checked out.

Liked: great location (realy close to the u-bahn station, but also possible to go on foot to the innenstadt), comfy rooms and beds. really clean bed linen and bathrooms! fully equiped kitchen, nice staff (they speak english, german, italian and portuguese!), great atmosphere. really quiet, great to relax after a long travelling day.

Disliked: the receptionists are not always locals, so they don't know the city good enough to give you hints about tourist spots in the city. but with a map and a small talk to the other guests that's not a big problem

Liked: The common areas were great, it had a good clean kitchen, the bar was great for meeting other travelers, and had en suit toilet/showers in rooms.
