Liked: The staff was ultra-friendly and helpfull. I had some healthproblems and needed to find a hospital asap on a sunday. The staff was very professional about this matter and showed me where exactly I had to be and got everything fixed within hours. Also we were let into our rooms before noon, because we arrived in the morning, also this was absolutely no problem and without charge. They do know what to offer backpackers!

Disliked: The wifi did not reach to our floor and everyone had to sit in the lounge to get online. This was a bit frustrating, especially because there were not enough plugs for all those computers!

Liked: Good location - 10 mins from station and trams to the palaces. Bar in the hostel and pub right opposite. Friendly staff.

Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: The staff were really friendly and although on our first night the bar was quite quiet we got chatting to the bar man and he told us it was someones birthday do the next evening, which we went to and had a brilliant time and met a lot of travellers. They also had a XBOX Kinect which (as a non gamer) was really great fun. I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you to you all!

Liked: very easy to find, only a short tube distance to the main city sights, staff were very helpful and you get a free glass of prosecco on your first night.

Disliked: it calls itself a hostel but it is a hotel with lots of separate private rooms not good for meeting people or making friends. only one key per room which is not great if you are sharing with lots of people.

Liked: The staff were really helpful.

Disliked: It was so so hot and no fan or aircon or anything. No lockers in the room and only one key which you had to leave at reception even though I had to leave my driver's license as a deposit - made no sense.

Liked: Close to center of city, West train station, and Metro. Friendly staff, nice bar inside.

Disliked: Only 1 key per room. Roomates kept forgetting to lock up, so I did not feel like my stuff was secure. They have a luggage area, but it is part of the kitchen, very easy to access.

Liked: The staff - very friendly, smiling and helpful. Very good location. Nice guided tour of the city.

Liked: We liked that it was near to the train station Westbanhof, and near from the metro station. It was easy to get there, and it was easy to go to the city center, altought the tickets of public transports are expensive. The rooms were ok, it was clean enough, and it was good to have a fridge on the bedroom.

Disliked: We didnt like the paid internet. One had to pay 1 euro to use the internet for 20 minutes. The kitchen was not that clean, and didnt thave enough material for us to clean.

Liked: Exceptionally friendly staffs. Great place to meet new friends.

Disliked: Bathroom not as clean as expected. Only have one key per room sharing amoung 4 people in the room.

Liked: Ambiance was really good, good clean rooms and really good value for money.

Disliked: I could not find anything wrong with the place as I was there for a very short time of 13 hours.

Liked: Very friendly staff!! Perfect location for the city center. Very close to metro lines U6 and U3 . A very nice desk clerk from Brasil whom always smile, very polite and friendly. I fortunately i don't know her name. :D

Liked: The staff were really helpful, and the little bar downstairs was pretty cosy.

Disliked: Aside from the bar, not much character overall. Charging for towels for private ensuite rooms was a bit rubbish. Washing was steep at 6 Euros when you had to do it yourself and there are only 2 washers / 1 dryer of regular size.
