Liked: The bar was rather lively

Liked: Relatively low prices compared to other hotels.

Disliked: They never cleaned my room during the whole stay and never changed the blankets. The room had no dark curtains so it's hard to sleep because of the light coming from the window. The room had no tv although there was a fridge.

Liked: smoking allowed at indoor bar.

Disliked: ensuit toilett was a bit smelly. breakfast (3,80 €) is very low quality.

Liked: Bearing in mind how expensive Vienna can be this was a reasonable price for the location - just next to a main station and easy to travel into the centre.The en-suite aspect of all rooms was also nice though a double bed in a single room was a bit of a squeeze.

Disliked: The staff were quite rude and incredibly unhelpful - not once did we 'feel like a celebrity'. The street was very noisy due to two pubs directly opposite and even when they closed people still used their outside seating area which meant we could not leave the windows open and the room became fairly hot.

Liked: Having one key between 4 occupants of a dorm is not good enough-it means last person needs to leave key each time at reception,someone gets back at 2am,other three in bed since 9am,dorm unlocked for 5 hrs-how can a hostel not afford to provide each person with a kez or a security card system-this is only complaint.The assitance by staff was second to none,command of language was excellent and ability to be helpful was phenomonal.

Liked: The rooms were great. The staff were very helpful. The hostel is close to a metro stop.

Disliked: The foyer and the pub were very smoky. The internet didn't work. The breakfast was not worth it.

Liked: this place is very good if you want to meet people. They have a bar and a big hotel lobby where you can sit down and relax. They even offer you a free guide tour through Vienna!

Disliked: What I didn't liked about the place was that our room wasn't very clean. Especially our bathroom. An other thing that I didn't liked were the beds. The matras is very thin.

Liked: They describe the place well on their site. This place was like a hotel at hostel prices. Room was big with all the trimmings, very clean and modern. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Only hassle I had was with the other person sharing the room, in that they held onto the key for the first day making it a hassle for me and the staff to let me into the room when I needed to get in. I understand the idea behind having one key for each dorm, but that does rely on everyone understanding how it works.

Liked: It was close to the train station & fairly easy to navigate to places around town.

Disliked: Internet unstable & wi-fi was down...no secure luggage storage & staf wasn't particularly helpful or friendly

Liked: I was given a free upgrade from a 6 bed dorm to a 2 bed suite. The amenities were comparable to most mid-level hotels, which exceeded my expectations for a hostel. There is a very lively hostel bar and a free tour that was quite fantastic. The location, 2 blocks from the main train station, was also easy to find and convenient.

Disliked: The location was a good 20 minute hike to the Museum Quarter and other major tourist locations (unless you like shopping and then its perfect). The internet, if you don't have laptop, is not free, though it is reasonably cheap. One of the two computers was broken during my stay requiring me to wait in a few internet lines. The breakfast was also not free. But again, not that expensive.

Liked: the staff were very helpful, and the location of the hostel was right next to not only the main train station, but also the best shopping strip! the room was very clean, and there was free wifi

Disliked: not much really...i guess the computer cost to use and it was only 20min use at one time.

Liked: Great location, minutes walk from the main train station and metro underground trains. Rooms were well kept and clean, the bar is a great place to meet people and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Only a few odd things but nothing major, they make you pay for use of the internet computers but wifi is free. There is only on key to each room so it can get difficult to get into your room if someone takes it with them :(
