Liked: staff were great, end up staying 5 nights here and we were well looked after. free wifi, provided us with a free city walking tour and intotal got 3 free drinks from there bar. no ac but a fan was provided at no extra charge which worked well.

Liked: Good facilities and location, rooms are large and comfortable. We felt as if we were staying in a nice hotel, not a hostel. Excellent value for money.

Liked: This is by fare the best hostel I have ever stayed at. It really is like a Hotel. We stayed in a dorm and had a problem with a guy in the room. When we went to reception the guy was extremely helpful, he gave us our own private double room for that night and they following night we were given a different dorm to stay in. The staff are so friendly and the place as I said is like a Hotel. STAY HERE.

Liked: extremely nice and helpful staff. cool hostel bar, fantastic breakfast buffet! the location is perfect, close to the hippest bars, streets, shops vienna has to offer. good matresses, i was sleeping very nicely! and they have sandwich venue machines for the little hunger in between.

Liked: I've been here before and the location is great for when you travel by train because it's almost round the corner of Vienna's Westbahnhof. It's student accomodation most of the year and turned into the hostel in the summer, so the rooms are really big (in comparison to other places) and in very good shape. Staff is very friendly, mostly young people and you get to met the boss (who isn't that much older either) now and again - they always know "what to do in Vienna tonight". All in all thumbs up for red carpet!

Disliked: The weather wasn't the best, but that's hardly red carpet's fault.

Liked: Very big room! Good facilities and good bar. Very close to the Station. Its a very nice hostel, but it is a pity it runs only in the vacations of the students. I´d stay here again!

Liked: it was perfect! the room was clean, staff was incredibly nice and helpful, free wifi, perfect location near the train station and subway.. definitely staying there again whenever i go back to vienna.

Liked: THE HOSTEL IS IN CENTRAL LOCATION, WELL SERVED BY ALL MODES OF TRANSPORT, WALKING DISTANCE TO MAJOR ATTRACTIONS AND VERY CONVENIENT FOR SHOPPING AND SUPERMARKETS.

Disliked: I WISH I HAD NOT STAYED IN AUGUST AS IT WAS EXREMELY BUSY WITH A NIGHT SLEEPERS AND TRANSIENTS

Liked: It was quite central just a walk down the central shopping street to the main area.

Disliked: Staff weren't very friendly and didn't provide a map. Didn't like the 1 key rule for the room so you had to leave the door open when sharing with others.
