Liked: Location being just couple of steps away from a ubahn station was perfect.. Good breakfast, nice atmosphere :)

Liked: The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Bar is real nice and terrace is quiet and pleasant.

Disliked: The luggage room was a cubby area in the breakfast room. Not too secure.

Liked: Amazing location and really helpful staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Located in the center of Vienna, convenient transportation!!!! Very cute staff and really really warm hearted, helping us a lot!!!!!!!!!!!! Free drink is gorgeous!!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful stuff. Good connection to public transportation (very close to subway and Westbahnhof).

Disliked: Rooms are a little oldfashioned but really worth the money.

Liked: Close to train station.

Disliked: There were only two keys for each room. So if you came back later than people in the room you either had to wake them up to open the door, or they had to leave the door unlocked while they went to sleep. It was really frustrating.

Liked: The staff were great, friendly, polite and helpful we really appreciated their help. Especially Juliana and David they where two great people and gave lots of advise and information. Location was excellent.

Liked: In city center, great location, the staff is very friendly, rooms are clean.

Liked: The private rooms were really spacious with plenty of furniture, and it was really lovely to have a private bathroom.

Disliked: The wifi wasn't working, and though this led to free use of the communal computer, it also led to huge lines for said computer.

Liked: I have been surprised when i saw your hostel because it was more beauty than hostel in Sydney

Disliked: I have seen some spot on sofa in bar room, its so easy borrow watter vacum cleaner and one times clean it.

Liked: We got a little lost getting to the hostel because the directions were not completely clear from the train station. Otherwise, this is a pretty typical hostel. The rooms were very clean, there was free luggage storage, and it was easy to get around from their location. The neighborhood is very quiet, but be sure to check out the Kanguruh pub across the street--it had great ambiance!

Disliked: The bathroom was kind of gross, but I've seen far worse.

Liked: lovely staff, very helpful. excellent location and the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. ever.

Disliked: Only one key for the room for 4 beds. I didn't feel that the room was secure and I felt that anyone could go to reception and ask for our room key as you did not need to provide id that it was your room.

Disliked: We had some problems with the router on the last days of my stay. And also the wireless does not reach to the top floors (were I was).

Disliked: My roommate lost his iphone in the hostel, we stayed in a 4-beds shared room, i really hope that the hostel can prepare more than 1 key for each room because it's inconvinient since we can't lock the door when we're sleeping or going out
