friendly, helpful and the bar was awesome too, my only problem was the early check out time, as it is prob too early at 10 o clock, maybe 11.30 wud be better

the style is very nice. very good location (near from the Westbahnof) the breakfast they offer at 3.50 Euros is wonderful and very complete.

I liked the party room and the lounge, where you could lay down on the pillows. This was really cool. The breakfast was also very good, the only bad thing was that it was not included in the price.

I did a reservation for 6 beds room with shared facilities but we end up getting a 4 beds room with attached bathroom...that was awesome! The room is clea n neat. Unfortunately we do not know how to use the lockers in the room...seems no way to lock it. The rest are all OK except there should be a rug in/outside the bath room as our feet were wet after shower and nothing for us to make it dry. The mirror in bathroom was way too high up by asian standards...and also the hooks/hangers on the wall.

It was nice and clean - the staff was very helpful and I liked the fact that there were many different areas (chillout-area, big dining hall, bar and so on) inside of the hostel. the short distance to the train station also helped us a lot.

The rooms and bedding were very clean, although the comforters were flat and had seen better days. Rules were clearly posted in a friendly teasing manner. The whole hostel was painted in funky bright colors and relaxation areas were provided for all ages. Our children particularly loved the pillow fighting area. The communal kitchen was small (in proportion to the number of guests) and messy at the end of the night but always clean by the next morning.

The CLEANEST hostel you can find!!!! right next to metro! helpful staff! great value for money! cool bar inside!! i would definitely recommend it!! the only conis that you had to pay for the internet!
