“My name is you warmly welcome to my apartment 'HappyHours' where you their happy hours spend. Here everything is there for your pleasure, whether you are of individual Travelers, married couple, couples, family with children or a group.
The apartment 'HappyHours' lies centrally (3 minutes remotely from the 'Shoppingstrasse-Favoriten' (with numerous shops, restaurants, big farm market and the relaxing thermal bath 'Amalienbad') and metro U1 Keplerplatz, only 5 minutes drive in the Vienna City (Stephansdom, Wiener Staatsoper, Ringstrasse (with museums, parliament, city hall, Hofburg) and 10 minutes to the recreational park 'Praterstern' etc.)).
The Danube and Danube island with vast recreational area - 13 minutes remotely.
Vienna International Centre - 14 minutes remotely.
'HappyHours' is a 5-minutes drive away from the south railway station, 10 minutes of the west railway station and only half an hour remotely from the airport' Vienna Airport'.
It is very simple from everywhere to find.
The house borders on a park. In front of the house there is a supermarket 'Zielpunkt', restaurants and numerous shops.
By the bus 14 A - in the direction of Neubaugasse - (the stop directly before the house) you are at 10 minutes in the other shopping street - ' Maria Hilferstrasse '.
The apartment has a private bathroom / WC and a private kitchen. In every room is a TV and free Internet access.
The whole equipment is new.
Apartment description.
It is over 55 m².
The suite contains a nice foyer, three sleeping rooms, completely equipped kitchen, bath inclusive WC. In every room is a table and chairs.
Foyer: Cloakroom, shoe filing, mirrors
First room: separate entrance from the foyer
Tasteful Decoration. To use two beds as a double bed, including entire bedclothes, two night castes, wardrobe, table with four armchairs, wall clock.
Second room: separate entrance through the first room, two beds, also as a double bed, including entire bedclothes, two night castes, wardrobe, wall table with two armchairs
Third room: separate entrance from the foyer, sleeping couches ban also be used as chairs in the daytime, including entire bedclothes, wall board and coat rack.
Kitchen: entrance through the first room, eating bar, fridge, electric cooker with extractor hood, electric kettle, two toasters, microwave, dishes and cutleries.

Bathroom includes WC: separate entrance from the foyer, bathtub with shower equipment, bath towels and Towels, hairdryers, toilet with air exhaust.
The complete apartment equipment is brand new.
In all three sleeping rooms there is television (wall assembly) furnished for cable TV .
Important:
In the apartment two persons can sleep in every room. Two in the first, second and third room.
A single guest covers only one room.
Final cleaning costs unique € 15,--
Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your reservation (we hope you don’t), this is free of charge only if done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
The payment of the overnight stay costs can occur only cash by key handing over in euro. No credit card.
We must know absolutely your approximate arrival time.
The apartment is private and planned only for guests.
The landlady must go after agreed arrival time in the apartment to wait on your arrival for the key handing over.
If you have arrived in front of the entrance to the building.
On the right beside the entrance is a digital bell arrangement.
Choose the number 261 and press the key with the bell symbol.
The landlady announces herself and opens the main entrance. With one of the double elevators you go to the 7th floor. Then immediately to the right, through the first glass door, along the way, on the right through the second glass door. The second door in the gangway on the right side is the number 261 - Apartment "Happyhours".
Check in time in general: 12.00 o’clock at lunchtime or later on your arrival day.
After 10.00 o’clock in the morning you can deposit your baggage.
Between 10.00 and 12.00 o’clock, when the previous guest has left the apartment, we need some time to clean the apartment for you.
Check out time in general: 10.00 o’clock in the morning on your departure day.
