Apartment Description:

The apartment passes of 3 rooms, kitchen, bath include WC and anteroom In every room
there are 2 single beds, wardrobe, table with 2 chairs, TV connection and internet connection.
All rooms are equipped completely. Everything exists for comfortable living.
In the apartment two persons can sleep in every room. Two in the first, second and third room.
There are four single beds in two rooms and a floor bed for two persons exist in the extra room.

Important:

If you book for more than two persons, the difference is between to the book entry price and the final extra charge for 3 or 5 persons to pay according to the above list by key handing over.

Unique Cleaning costs: for 1 night € 5,-- for 2 nights or more € 10,--

The payment of the overnight stay costs can occur only cash by key handing over in Euro. No credit card.

We have to know absolutely your approximate arrival time.

The apartment is private. The landlady is accessible next door in apartment 263 to the key handing over.

If you arrived the entrance to the building Sonnleithnergasse 2.

On the right beside the entrance is a digital bell layout. Choose the number 263 and press the key with the bell symbol. Mrs. Haunold announces herself and opens the entrance. With one of the double elevators you go in the 7-th floor. Go along to the right by the first glass door, follow the gangway, then on the right by the next glass door. On the right side look the apartment number 261. It is easy to find.

Check in time in general: 12.00 o’clock at lunchtime or later on your arrival day.

After 10.00 o’clock in the morning you can deposit your baggage.
Between 10.00 am and 12.00 am o’clock, when the previous guest has left the apartment, we need some time to clean the apartment for you.
Check out time in general: 10.00 am o’clock in the morning on your departure day.
If you will arrive after 10.00 pm please inform us via phone or e-mail as soon you know it.

Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel your reservation (we hope you don’t), this is free of charge only if done in written form or by telephone at least 14 days prior to arrival.
