Liked: Among the 13 European countries I have ever stayed, this is the Best. Maybe not standing out in every aspect, but overall, the most friendly staff, newest facility, cleanest room...... Definitely recommend ~~~ ^0^

Liked: negative things: the 6-beds room was very small and the wardrobes couldn't be locked (padlocks were missing)positive things: there was a big choice of food for breakfast

Liked: The location is a little outside of the centre of Vienna, but it's very close to the Sudbahnhof (South train station) and only 2 minutes walk from Keplerplatz underground station. And this line takes you straight into the Stephensplatz in about 5 minutes. Staff are helpful and the place is very clean. Breakfast buffet is quite good and the only thing is that you have to pay for internet if you don't bring your own laptop.

Liked: The hostel was really clean and queit. The location is really great. It's really easy to access to the main locations of Vienna from there.

Liked: Bring your own padlock for the lockers, and there's no free internet. The hostel is nice and clean. Bathrooms are nice, but in the room. Don't follow the hostel's directions on how to get there from Westbahhof, it's WAY easier to take the metro to Kepler Platz (line 1) (after taking the metro 3 to Stephansplatz, and changing line there). Then you just walk down Raberbahngasse, cross Luxenburgerstrasse and into Dampfgasse, if you do this, it will take you two minutes to get to the hostel from the metro...

Liked: Free breakfast. We were also originally supposed to stay in a 4 bed dorm however we were able to pay a fee to ensure no other guests would be assigned to our room. The room itself was probably not the same as a private double however it was appreciated.

Liked: The place was clean and secure and has close access to the metro but it is pricey, everything is an extra cost (have to purchase towels and locks), no real social area other that a couple of chairs in the lobby. Place is alright to spend a night but seemed to be occupied by school groups and people looking for a cheap hotel, not a travelers social environment.

Liked: Let's say something I dislikeThe toilet and shower room is separated, but the toilet is not equipped with a wash basin, so when the shower is occupied, it is quite inconvenientOtherwise the hostel is good
