Customer reviewit was very clean and coasy. 24h hot showers rule! the people staying in the hostel were a lot of fun:) the satff is friendly and helpfull, everybody speaks english. it's very easy to find and the Ubahn is right near. all together very cool:) |

Helen StuartI was 'processed' at reception rather than being welcomed. The dorm was clean and comfortable. This place is somewhere between a hostel and a hotel. Laundry is good value at 5E but we had to add extra water to the machine as when the wash stopped the clothes were half wet half dry. Use the dryer in the corner as the other warmed our clothes for 2hours without drying them!! |

Hayley MorrisI stayed in a six bed "femdorm" saving myself a fortune on a hotel room. I can unreservedly recommend this as an alternative in what can be a brutally expensive city. Very close to metro, so especially convenient for anyone travelling with heavy bags. Be sure to take the metro exit with the escalator! Only about 10 minutes from centre of Vienna by metro (1.80 Euros if you don't have a day pass), so great location. Is situated (rather startlingly) a few doors away from a strip club - though it seemed to be a very nice area, and there weren't any odd characters hanging about. The place was spotlessly clean, the room was warm and quiet, the beds were comfortable and the hostel had a friendly atmosphere. I felt very safe there, even though I was a lone female traveller. The staff spoke fluent English which was a great bonus. Unfortunately the free WiFi isn't working in the upstairs rooms, though the free WiFi works fine downstairs, and is very fast. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was that anyone wanting to use the luggage room is simply given the key... |
